Audi Bedford carried out a diagnostic check on my car. They had the car all day, Firstly they said it was one fault then they called later in the day to say it may be another fault. When I picked the vehicle up the following day they also said that they were unable to fix the fault as they did not have the equipment/knowledge/technical expertise! (I was under the impression that if I take my Audi to an Audi dealer they could fix it), how wrong I was! I took the vehicle to an indepedant garage who diagnosed the fault within 1 hour and they did not need to plug in any diagnostic tool as the fault was obvious. The technicians at Audi are too reliant on the diagnostic tool! I complained but the Manager was adamant that they will not refund the diagnostic charge! The car was fixed by the independant garage for a quarter of the price Audi charged. The service department are a complete waste of time. I would advise anybody with and Audi to take their vehicle to an independant garage where the car can be fixed properley! If their was minus stars. I would give them a minus!!

Reserved a car at Bedford Audi and then decided not to proceed. They advised they were refunding the payment but 8 working days on, I have still not received my refund and the customer support has been very poor.
New Q2 Broke down within 5days and 3 times more.No help Latest insult message saying your car is due and MOT it’s illegal to drive without one .It’s 4 weeks old. They are very nice until you pay .Then don’t care Dreadful

On the 6th March I made an enquiry about an S5, the service to start with from John in sales was great, once I then placed a deposit on the the car it all went down hill, no communication, no reply to emails and telephone calls. The car had to go in the workshop for prep as it had just been taken in on part exchange. A collection date was agreed and a train ticket was booked at over £100. Within 24 hours I received a call from John stating it will not be ready on the agreed collection date due to a 24 hour update. Somehow this pushed the date back 9 days! After many phone calls and emails to management (Nick Thomatos) who was even more unhelpful than the Salesman I then got out of them that the car has an oil leak which was the delay! When I asked why this had been kept quiet from me rather than being honest I was not given an answer. On 24/03/2023 I took delivery of, the Audi S5. The car had not been valeted and absolutely stunk of cigarettes with what looks like cigarette burn damage on the drivers seat which obviously was not shown to be in pictures or the walk around video! On 26/03/2023) I discovered that it was not of satisfactory quality: with a red warning light intermittently displaying on the dash displaying (Coolant temperature too high, let engine run with vehicle stationary) Audi Assistance came out and could not find any stored fault codes and advised to book in with a main dealer. To this day the fault is still displaying intermittently. On 05/04/2023 the vehicle went in to Audi Portsmouth for a diagnostic in to this fault, again they are saying no faults codes are stored relating to this warning light (so there is an underlined fault somewhere) They were also asked to look in to the exhaust being loud on start up on efficiency mode and said there is a stored fault for this and it will require further investigation. The radio looses all signal when the heated rear window is on, I was also advised this would need to be looked in to. The N/S/R outer window sill had been pulled down in to the door some how, they have pulled it out and have said the sill needs replacing to prevent water ingression. (Bedford Audis response to this was “it’s a used car”) With the car being used or not I do not expect a fault that could cause water ingresses! They also picked up the car has potentially 2 oil leaks, one from the engine and possible gearbox as oil is collecting in the V of the engine. When driving home from work today the car flagged up with another error message on the dash stating Audi Pre Sense Fault. This has been the final straw for me and I have not lost all trust in this vehicle and Bedford Audi. I enquired about returning the car for a full refund and was told I will have to pay £1.50+VAT per mile that I have put on the car! This is unbelievable when I have been sold a car that is not fit for the road.

Hi, I took the car to Audi in the garage with a problem and the employees there meowed a price after the day, doubled the price.1400 £ and wait 10 days to repair a trivial hose are very thieves and liars, there is no garage from audi that was once unreliable, thank you
Poor communication and unclear information about pricing. Once ordered, they stop responding to any query and only answer if pushed. Following delivery they simply cease communication of any kind. Avoid.
You can measure the quality of a business by how they deal with problems, and Bedford Audi fails miserably. I bought an approved used vehicle (for peace of mind), have had nothing but problems since. Bedford sold the car with a broken air-conditioner, badly corroded break discs, broken rear wiper, faulty rear washer, and missing wheel weights. I only found out about these when another Audi dealership did a diagnosis and health check. Even though the car was still under and within full warranty, Bedford Audi only offered to rectify the the air conditioning system, which their Exec Yousef was gracious when sorting. However, I've had to shell out to fix the other faults with another Audi Dealer, plus pay for a hire care. The only support Bedford Audi offered was a curtesy call so say that they're not willing to help. Again the vehicle was still under full warranty and I had to pay another Audi Dealer to fix problems which should have been fixed before being put up for sale! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, SOMEWHERE THATS CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND DESERVES THE COMMISSION.

Overall, Audi Bedford aren’t bad but they aren’t great. So would rate them as “nor dissatisfied or satisfied.” Just give me my keys so I can be on my way. (However, in comparison to MK AUDI, they’re definitely the better option.) The treatment is fairly mediocre but it’s disappointing that certain services take them hours. I.e common brake pad change that normally takes 30Mins to 1hour max, can take Audi Bedford up to 3hours. Which I find mind boggling, what exactly are they doing? I’d also like to add, Audi is still very much a luxury German brand car, so customer service should be at Audi/ Vindis brands top priority. This should always be reflected, perhaps look at how Mercedes Benz treat their customers (When I go there with my dad, their service is exceptional and you really feel valued and willing to spend and come back as a loyal customer.) Audi on the other hand, you walk out feeling exhausted by the encounter and (waiting times).
These guys really do care, they helped me when my car broke down, ensured I got home ok and fixed my car quickly. Did what they said they would do. Bedford Audi.
