Terrible customer service at Bedford Audi. I wasted 2hrs of my time and they argued with me over a potential safety issue and £100 without even inspecting the car have had to get Audi UK involved. Manager basically said he didn't want to help me as I didn't buy the car from their group. Really not what I would expect from a premium brand.

After we expressed interest for brand new car, the rep at Bedford Audi showed as an used car at very first time and forced us again and again to sell that one. He was completely reluctant to work and give us the details or quotes for the cars we were interested in. We waited for number of days and escalated to his manager levels about the issue, still nothing changed. In fact, his manager also behaved the same way. They estimate the customers and forcing the customers to changes their needs/wish rather than understanding their actual needs. I have never seen such a behaviour anywhere. Poor customer service and such a great brand Audi should not have the dealers like this one. The rep and his manager should think themselves lucky that I haven't mentioned their names. I bought from other dealer the same car I wanted and had a great experience with them. Avoid Bedford Audi, there are far better dealerships in the country.
