Great car sales company to have locally in knutsford, i have bought and sold through this garage on a few occasions, as have several of my friends and family members done also... great friendly and helpful staff from from the valeters to the owners providing a very professional service from start to finish... 100% would buy and sell a car through this garage again, and would reccomend them... 10/10..
Rang VIP Car Sales, was told the Merc was there so drove from WREXHAM only to be given some story about the car not being there due to some thefts .....no apologies or offer to pay for my wasted time and fuel. REALLY WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.
I purchased a Mercedes sl 55 from this garage. When I test drove the car there was an airbag fault, I was informed this would be fixed prior to delivery. The fault wasn't repaired. I purchased a 2 year warranty with the car for £500 but was told they were switching to another provider, I was never given any paperwork. Other faults came apparent with the car, I spoke to VIP on several occasions about getting the work done via the warranty, I received no feedback fro the garage. I eventually returned the car and asked for a full refund via the Consumer rights act. Richard ( Sales Manager ) informed me it would be 14 days before a refund would be given , after several calls I eventually got the full refund nearly a week late. No apology was ever offered. Do not be fooled by the expensive cars in the showroom. I would never recommend this garage to anyone.
