I had a fantastic experience with Vision Motors Direct Ltd. The team was very helpful and delivered my Vauxhall Crossland X right to my door. Highly recommend for anyone seeking great customer service!

I had a perfectly great experience when I test drove the car, everything was fantastic! The only issue was that the brakes were warped. They called me the same day, and while they didn’t fix it immediately, they booked it in and replaced them for free. I’d rate my experience 4.5 stars. Other than that minor issue which they rectified with no questions asked, everything was perfect! I'd happily return based on my experience.

The Dacia I bought was done using the online webpage; it literally took 4 minutes to go through. It was so easy to navigate. I put my deposit down, and they called me & agreed to do an MOT. I mentioned I’d book a taxi and be down soon, but they said that because I’m local, they would deliver it for me, which I found to be fantastic service!

The staff were a great help at Vison Motors and very friendly. I explained to the team that I needed a bigger, more family-friendly car. They came back to me with the Nissan Qashqai +2 and it fit the bill perfectly. It's nice to know the team paid attention to what I was looking for. Excellent service!!

Originally, I was looking at a Vauxhall Corsa from Vision Motors after I saw it advertised on their own website. I put the deposit down to secure it and emailed them to book an appointment for a viewing. I got to the dealership to test drive my new Corsa, and as I was driving it, the car's gearbox started slipping in 3 and 4th gear. Phil didn't want me to take the Corsa of the forecourt that day. This was going to be my first car. He took me around the forecourt, and he found me a Citroen C3, which has been the best car ever! I would give him a 7/5 if I could. A massive thank you to Phill and the team for an honest experience. I will be back!

Vision Motors was using Autotrader to advertise my Mazda CX-5. I phoned the dealership and was in contact with Phil. His service was exceptional, and his expertise made for a 5-star service. I am 100% buying again from them, and I've already recommended them to my friends.

5/5 for me, Phill and the team were easy to deal with and know what they are doing. The Ford Focus I bought is the car that I needed, especially because I use it to get to work and back. It's the perfect family car as it's really reliable, which is all that matters.

All of the lads were sound to get along with at the dealership, but I dealt with Jake when I bought my Toyota Rav4. He helped me pick out my SUV and answered all my questions. We looked at a few vehicles, but his knowledge helped me pick out which car suited my needs the most, and I happily took it off their hands.
