The car I purchased has had no issues other than a small problem with the brakes which I will get fixed under the warranty that I took out on the vehicle. Very happy with my Mercedes A-Class, it's been a good car. The only small issue I would say I've had is that it says the rear camera isn't available but it seems to be working fine. An easy and straightforward process overall.

The service from the team was spot on and I couldn't fault them. There were a couple of issues initially as the screen wash had a hole in it and there was an issue with the Bluetooth but I didn't bother the dealership with the issues, I got these sorted myself and it's been great since.

Although I haven't been much further than 30 mile trips in the car, I've not come across any issues, and the car is still working.

The car purcahsed was for my daughter and as far as I'm aware it's going okay. Also the service was spot on from the team.

Only reason for not giving top marks is because I had an issue with the rear hub being bent, but after fixing it, the car has been great and I love driving it. Plus, I was able to get a good trade deal, so even though I didn't have the warranty with the car, after repairing the hub, I still saved money and got a great deal. I love driving it.

To be honest my experience couldn't have gone any better. Phil was brilliant throughout. He had a nice, relaxed approach to the sale, so there was no pressure and everything I asked for, he did. We communicated a bit over the phone, and when I turned up, we did a deal, did the paperwork and it was all very straightforward.
