I am very happy with my new car. It is running well, fine at the moment, and suiting my needs definitely. I love it. I originally wanted a Mokka to make it easier for my mum to get in and out, but she told me to get a car that I actually liked. So I came back and got the car that I wanted. I liked it straight away. Omar was very helpful and friendly, really nice, sound and we had no issues. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would give him 4.5 stars out of 5. No one is perfect, but he was close.

Omar is a good chap that looked after me well during the time I was going though the process. I was buying a Vauxhall Zafira (which is class by the way), Omar helped me from he get go. He was a welcoming guy that made the process run seamlessly with no issues at all, all of my questions were answered, the sale was clear and transparent. Based on my first experience here I wouldn't want to rate them anything other than 5 stars!

All is running well with the Ford Focus its been a great motor so far. I have been enjoying driving it in all honesty! The customer service has been second to none, well exceeded my expectations. To be fair, the whole process was spot on. Genuinely, I would rate 5 stars and I'm not even just saying that. A well deserved 5 stars.

Loving my new Hyundai I20, it's got all the goodies I wanted, is a nice size for me, is reliable, has a 7 year manufactures warranty which is amazing and the price was really good. Rob was really friendly, paid attention and replied promptly to all my questions and queries. There was a crack in the mirror light which I noticed and I am still waiting for the part to be delivered, other than that, perfect experience.

I am really happy with Rob and the rest of the team at Vision Motors Direct. Rob and the team were all very approachable, informative and patient with me and my partner. I loved the idea of the Vauxhall Zafira, it's higher riding position is perfect for us as our age makes it difficult to get in and out of lower cars. We can fit all the shopping and bits in the back with it being a people carrier. The lovely red colour really sealed the deal for us. I have been incredibly happy and would recommend Rob and Vision Motors to anyone and everyone looking for a used car.

I am really happy, start to finish my new car has been great and the serviced received by Vision Motors has been second to none. My partner felt like Donkey Kong driving my little Fiat 500, I felt he had put up with it long enough so we decided we needed a change. We saw a Vauxhall Astra at Vision Motors Direct which seemed perfect, a nice size car with a punchier engine and it was in excellent condition. Rob is a really nice guy and really ice to deal with. My mother is after a new Vauxhall Corsa to replace the 13 reg she has now, Vision will be my first point of call.

I am very happy with my 4th Ford Fiesta, I love the cars as they are reliable and I know exactly what I am getting, I have had 4 generations of them and each has been amazing. Omar was a saving Grace for us, he was attentive, organised, fixed every issue we had without hesitation. He made the whole experience worth while and is a credit to the company.
