So far so good with my CR-V, I had been wanting one for a while due to their reliability and I am quite fond of how they look. The team at Vision were pleasant to deal with and on the whole I don't really have any complaints!

In my experience of buying a car with Vision Motors the customer service was great and I am really happy with the car I bought. I chose to got with a Seat Tarraco and it is a really lovely car to drive and gives me the space I was looking for.

I viewed and bought my car from here completely remotely, all cash transactions done remotely, which can be a tad concerning at times, but I had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy who made everything so easy and made me feel at complete ease, letting me know what would happen every step of the way, a real pleasure to deal with, especially when you are spending a lot of money on a car. All communications were clear and concise, they even sorted out some works I requested to be done and arranged delivery to my door which was a great service as well. Car was delivered bang on time by a very pleasant guy who took me around the car, showed me the documentation etc and made sure I was completely happy with everything. The car was exactly as Wendy had described it...very very good condition, inside and out looks and drives like a new car to be honest. Great service, great deal, great advice, great communication. I could not recommend this company higher to anyone reading this review...Over the Covid years I have bought a number of cars remotely, these guys are by far the best I have dealt with. The team are very nice and helpful when looking for my daughters first car. Whilst they did some bodywork, I didn't see all of the damage. So having to have the whole car sprayed.
Everything perfect with the Polo👍I'd rate it 4 star just as the battery went dead on the day I received but everything else really good.
