I can't complain about the customer service, when we had a problem with the car they looked after us and the car was seen to straight away. Since then the car has been spot on 👍 Its been a nice experience to buy from a place that actually cares about its customers and puts in the required effort when thins go wrong.

I went to look at cars at a few garages and was quite put off but Vision Motors stood out from the rest by a mile! I can't fault the service I got and the guys that work here are wonderful! Everything has been going great with the C3, mechanically its running perfectly.

I recently bought a Nissan Juke from Vision Motors and I also bought my previous car from them too! I decided to come back to them for another car because I was incredibly pleased with how everything went the first time round. Everyone was courteous and the car was reliable. Second time round our experience was just as good! The Juke is running perfectly!

I bought a car from Vison at the end of February & generally good experience with room for some improvements. The car was bought from Liverpool & I'm in Glasgow, so bought from the web site / Autotrader (not the first time I've done this). The details on Autotrader were generic for the car spec & very little details about the car spec available on Vision web site 1) car was good value for money 2) staff were pleasant 3) asked various questions about the car & only got some feedback - specifically asked about dents / scratches etc - they did send me a video & no mention of 1 paint chip on the bonnet. 4) only noticed after 2 / 3 days the car aerial was missing - I've since purchased a new 1 @ Ebay rather than the hassle of trying to get Vision to replace. 5) car was delivered very clean inside, outside minor dirt as it was on a transporter. 6) transport costs were £270. 7) the V5C was issued for myself to complete. 8) Trade in price offered for my car was low, so chose to sell via Motorway & got £1K+ more. 9) so far so good with the car, overall 4 / 5 for Vision.

In my experience overall it was a very good car buying experience at Vision Motors. There was no hard selling from the team and I didn't feel like anyone was breathing down my neck. The handover process was really easy and completed quickly too. Other than a few teething problems that were a quick fix the Kia has be running very well.

Being completely transparent I did have a few little niggles but these were sorted out really quickly and I think that sometimes you actually end up with a truer reflection of a place when they are put to the test and I am a very happy customer. The car I bought is brilliant and I would definately use again.

Me and my partner came down to Vision Motors to look at a car and while the car was as described when we saw it in person it just didn't seem like the right fit for us. So before we went to look elsewhere we asked what else they had in stock because we found Omar a pleasure to deal with so it would have been a shame to go elsewhere. He showed us the Qashqai's he had in stock and they were looking to be more like it! My partner definately preferred the size of the Qashqai too. On the whole we have been getting on really well with the Qashqai, the SD card was missing from the sat nav but I got in touch and they sorted it out straight away. So I really can't complain

I am so impressed with Vision Motors. The guy I dealt with was not pushy in the slightest, he was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about the car.
