The kids are loving the Infiniti more than I am – they’ve never seen anything like it and now think we’re the coolest family on the roads! Definitely scored some points there. One thing to note: the petrol tank is pretty huge. It costs more to fill up, but it lasts a lot longer, so swings and roundabouts. Vision Motors have been knockout. The staff were some of the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with and even loaned me a courtesy car while mine was being prepared – impressive service! I’m giving four stars because I got absolutely soaked on collection day. If these guys want top marks from me, they’ll need to build an indoor showroom with heated seats and mojitos on tap hahaha!

If you’re from St Helens you’ve probably spotted the missus driving around in her Kia Rio...she might as well live in the flipping town centre! 😂 We’re really pleased with the experience we had at Vision Motors, so we wanted to leave some feedback since that’s what led us to choose them in the first place. I'm absolutely made up with my Vauxhall Insignia. I'm generally pretty cautious as far as car dealers are concerned, so I know I wasn't exactly as easy customer but Roy at Vision was absolutely brilliant. I'll definitely give him a call next time I'm in the market for a new motor.

I was specifically looking for a Mini Countryman in the North West and found the perfect one advertised by Vision Motors on AutoTrader. The dealership’s located just off the A580, so made it really convenient to view and collect the car. Everything was easy and I’m satisfied with the experience overall . I’m only giving 4 stars because, let’s be honest, even footballers don’t get 10/10 in the papers do they! 😄

I had a perfectly great experience when I test drove the car, everything was fantastic! The only issue was that the brakes were warped. They called me the same day, and while they didn’t fix it immediately, they booked it in and replaced them for free. I’d rate my experience 4.5 stars. Other than that minor issue which they rectified with no questions asked, everything was perfect! I'd happily return based on my experience.

The Dacia I bought was done using the online webpage; it literally took 4 minutes to go through. It was so easy to navigate. I put my deposit down, and they called me & agreed to do an MOT. I mentioned I’d book a taxi and be down soon, but they said that because I’m local, they would deliver it for me, which I found to be fantastic service!
