I recently bought a Renault Kadjar from Vision Motors. I really love the car. I had couple little problems but they got sorted them out straight away. I would consider again if they had a car I was interested in on site.

service was brilliant while I was at Vision Motors. Greg really looked after me when I was buying my Mercedes Benz A class. once I got it home there was a slight issue but I rang Vision and they sorted the issue out straight away. Very happy with the process throughout and the aftersales. I would happily recommend.

I truly am so happy with all of the customer service I’ve received. The phone has always been answered even with my daily annoying questions and queries Wendy always managed to answer them and make me laugh on the phone too. Nothing has been too much trouble. The car is absolutely stunning and I’m in love and exactly as promised for such a great deal. Archie the driver who delivered my car (yes delivered it to my house) was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and polite. Even during these difficult times and not being able to visit the garage or the car initially they still managed to sort out a great deal seamlessly and professionally. The car came with MOT and Tax and in a great state. I was apprehensive at first having not been able to visit in person but all my worries were put to the side with Wendy’s phone calls and advice that was never pushy or forceful. Any little issues I’ve had have been sorted and I really am happy and I have recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you so much from Naomi with the Juke.

Really happy with my experience purchasing from Vision Motors. Wendy looked after me, she was so helpful and friendly! I had to keep ringing up when I thought of new questions and she was just as friendly as the first conversation! She made the experience very personable and friendly. I didn't at any point, feel that I was being pushed into anything. Every question was answered in great depth, with lots of knowledge. Really quick process, the paperwork was so easy to complete and took no time at all. I got the car delivered when it was dark and the guy spent loads of time with me going over it, ensuring I was completely happy, He didn't rush me while checking it over, and went over all of it in really indepth detail! The car is brilliant, I love it! I have already started recommending Vision Motors and I will continue to do so.

Really simple process buying my Ford Fiesta. I found the car online and i went to pick it up from Vision motors. Everything spot on with the car and happy with absolutely everything so far. I will use them again. The covid restrictions were all in place and it made me feel safe and looked after.

Everything has been great with my new Nissan Quashqai. I couldn't get down on site, so the dealers thankfully organised delivery for me. It was all very easy to organise. The car was as described and I am really enjoying driving it. The sales guy helping me was very friendly and answered all questions I had. I will recommend to my friends who need a new car.

The whole process of buying my new Honda Jazz was done online. I really liked what I saw and because of the restrictions Vision Motors delivered the car directly to me to save me going on site. It was all done with contactless restrictions, keys sanitised PPE etc. It was a really quick easy and painless experience. Greg was really helpful and friendly and I would use them again.
