Everything they said they would do, they did. very spot on. I ended up choosing an auto Renault Captur as my wife has had a knee replacement, so this way she can keep her independence and keep driving as normal. We agreed a price for a extended warranty which I was happy with. Kieran really looked after me.

service was brilliant while I was at Vision Motors. Greg really looked after me when I was buying my Mercedes Benz A class. once I got it home there was a slight issue but I rang Vision and they sorted the issue out straight away. Very happy with the process throughout and the aftersales. I would happily recommend.

I truly am so happy with all of the customer service I’ve received. The phone has always been answered even with my daily annoying questions and queries Wendy always managed to answer them and make me laugh on the phone too. Nothing has been too much trouble. The car is absolutely stunning and I’m in love and exactly as promised for such a great deal. Archie the driver who delivered my car (yes delivered it to my house) was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and polite. Even during these difficult times and not being able to visit the garage or the car initially they still managed to sort out a great deal seamlessly and professionally. The car came with MOT and Tax and in a great state. I was apprehensive at first having not been able to visit in person but all my worries were put to the side with Wendy’s phone calls and advice that was never pushy or forceful.
