I have recently bought a mercedes a200 from vision motors and have to say its a fantastic car although a couple of issues that are to be sorted by warranty which took me a bit of a merry go round to find out. Everything from test drive to sale was smooth and the staff were great i just think vision falls short on communication mixed replies on what to do with my car having found issues on collection which resulted in being asked to drive the car back from west Yorkshire to st helens upon arrival finding out that i didnt need to and should get a garage to go through the warranty i purchased. Obviously bit upsetting having to travel all that way for nothing but the car will be sorted i just wish i had been told that from the start which would have made the whole experience much better than calling multiple times to find out what was happening.
