Don’t bother asking them to do anything, they make promises and then do nothing. Emails, texts and calls not answered..where great until they got their money, bought a car from them and no parcel shelf, horn doesn’t work yet apparently passed its mot the week I bought it??
Disgusting with vision motor staff bought a ford fiesta when it got delivered no mot papers no log book they said they could not find it sent of for a new 1 we can't tax it untill we get a new log book so paid cash for the car cannot drive it look twice before you go there very bad attitude and very bad mannered they take your money quick enough

It was my ma who bought this car and payed cash for it.after sales skills are terrible maybe a few training courses may help. along with the £100 hidden admin fee she had to pay an extra £25 for a new logbook my parents are disabled and need this car on the road asap. Avoid like a bottle of COVID 19 take a little time on reading other reveiws then make your mind up whether you want to bother wasting your fuel on going here.
Wanted to leave a review after I had the car for a week . I cannot be happier the service I’ve received from start to finish is absolutely amazing ! I sent a message about a car I wanted and because of the virus I was to scared to go look at it , Courtney reassures me most of the night it was fine and even dropped my new car of for me within a few days , they was great to deal with no issues what so ever the car is in great condition and they even let me pay after I had the car for few days to check I was happy . I don’t understand the bad reviews this company is amazing and I won’t be going anywhere else . Thankyou so much to Courtney and Stewart for your kindness Toni xx

Found the staff to be polite and helpful under the current Coronavirus lockdown. Cars selection is top quality, multi cars dropped at my home for review in my own time, minor queries answered without question Personal delivery service late at night and follow up curtesy call the next day. Highly recommended
I would recommend vision motors direct ltd, I was looking for a specific type of car , the staff were friendly, informative and helpful, the car I purchased had a number of small issues which they put right without any quibble. Len Wainwright

I can able to rate in negative if I can sure I will do that. They are bunch is crooks and say something else before purchase and change everything after sale when they had all the money. My advise they stay away from them but if you still want to go ahead then have everything in writing before you pay anything to them even a deposit. Because they don’t have any policy and just a beggar on the road. In short stay away from Vision Motors Direct.
I am very pleased that I was in a position to make the best decision on my future car purchase and the moment I was in the company I was in a different world where I was able to make sure I had the best chance of getting the right kind of car and the best way to finance my car to be able to keep my repayment to a minimum was so good

You know the phrase "I wouldn't buy a used car off him" ? This refers to (rhymes with "Rot") who works for this outfit. Said he would reimburse me for missing locking wheel nut key (£93), even took my card details, seemingly no quibble. Then spent weeks making excuses every time I rang - "I didn't get your invoice", "I'll get it done tomorrow", "I'm sure she did it yesterday". Can't decide if this is dishonest or just grossly incompetent. Either way, not a good look. Avoid.

Bought a car in June 2020 - Advertised with 2 keys. Car had scratches which as part of the deal would be dealt with. The car was listed with a low mileage. Was told it would be ready in a week. Waited 3 weeks, had to go back on 3 occasions to collect as scratches were not ready, then finance documents were incorrect. When I collected the car it had done approx. 500 miles more than when I paid my deposit to take it off sale. Constantly fobbed off by the sales associates. Been trying to get my spare key since June. GM NOW says they cannot doing anything as they do not have a copy of the original listing so are unsure if it was listed with 2 keys. Calls are recorded for training purposes. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM HERE!
