I bought a fiesta for my daughter from Vision motors Haydock.This was very special because it was her first car and the sales team really looked after us We were looking around for ages but found this little gem at the right price at Vision motors and drove it away the same day !! Pleasant experience when buying a used car from this dealer. Can't understand the negative comments I have been reading. I made an initial telephone enquiry about a car and arranged an appointment. No issues encountered, car was ready for a test drive, Caronavirus restrictions were in place, ample hand sanitising and social distancing etc. Managed to get a fair deal for the vehicle, but be prepared to walk away and don't forget the £100 admin fee!!!! Car was MOT'd and collected two days later. Great wee car and a pleasure to do a deal with Tom, courteous, polite and kept me updated until I could collect the car.

I origanally wrote a completley different review about this garage but now my view has changed. I finally managed to get in touch with them and Gregory couldn't have been more helpful. He is having the problems with the car fixed, reimbursing us what we had spent and given us a courtesy car. Some of my complaints were misunderstandings on my part but if we could have spoke to him earlier these could have been explained and resloved and I wouldn't have got so angry. I apologise to Vision Direct for my last review and would delete it if I could

Don’t bother asking them to do anything, they make promises and then do nothing. Emails, texts and calls not answered..where great until they got their money, bought a car from them and no parcel shelf, horn doesn’t work yet apparently passed its mot the week I bought it??

Disgusting with vision motor staff bought a ford fiesta when it got delivered no mot papers no log book they said they could not find it sent of for a new 1 we can't tax it untill we get a new log book so paid cash for the car cannot drive it look twice before you go there very bad attitude and very bad mannered they take your money quick enough

Found the staff to be polite and helpful under the current Coronavirus lockdown. Cars selection is top quality, multi cars dropped at my home for review in my own time, minor queries answered without question Personal delivery service late at night and follow up curtesy call the next day. Highly recommended
