I would recommend vision motors direct ltd, I was looking for a specific type of car , the staff were friendly, informative and helpful, the car I purchased had a number of small issues which they put right without any quibble.

I can able to rate in negative if I can sure I will do that. They are bunch is crooks and say something else before purchase and change everything after sale when they had all the money. My advise they stay away from them but if you still want to go ahead then have everything in writing before you pay anything to them even a deposit. Because they don’t have any policy and just a beggar on the road. In short stay away from Vision Motors Direct.

I am very pleased that I was in a position to make the best decision on my future car purchase and the moment I was in the company I was in a different world where I was able to make sure I had the best chance of getting the right kind of car and the best way to finance my car to be able to keep my repayment to a minimum was so good

You know the phrase "I wouldn't buy a used car off him" ?
This refers to (rhymes with "Rot") who works for this outfit. Said he would reimburse me for missing locking wheel nut key (£93), even took my card details, seemingly no quibble.
Then spent weeks making excuses every time I rang - "I didn't get your invoice", "I'll get it done tomorrow", "I'm sure she did it yesterday".
Can't decide if this is dishonest or just grossly incompetent.
Either way, not a good look. Avoid.

Bought a car in June 2020 - Advertised with 2 keys. Car had scratches which as part of the deal would be dealt with. The car was listed with a low mileage. Was told it would be ready in a week. Waited 3 weeks, had to go back on 3 occasions to collect as scratches were not ready, then finance documents were incorrect. When I collected the car it had done approx. 500 miles more than when I paid my deposit to take it off sale. Constantly fobbed off by the sales associates. Been trying to get my spare key since June. GM NOW says they cannot doing anything as they do not have a copy of the original listing so are unsure if it was listed with 2 keys. Calls are recorded for training purposes. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM HERE!

I bought a Volkswagen Touran in December 2019, it was machined polished to a very poor condition(swirls Marks and holograms). Had to chase up the 3 month warranty and also the extended warranty that I paid for, which I was told I will get when the 3 month runs out(not holding my breathe) £300 gone down the drain. I complained about the car been polished and was promised supaguard kit(still not received just lies and promises). Car was not valeted inside just a wash outside, Will not use again or recommend thank you.

Vision Motors Direct are fast to sell but not happy to help. I bought a car on 17.11.2019. I pay full price by cash without negotiating price and only ask about favour to tell dvla about new keeper, what they should do anyway. I left old logbook and green slip with them. I call to speak about this many times and still nothing. They did not do this yet. Always on The Phone that my salesman is not in at the moment.

I was rather apprehensive about visiting/purchasing my vehicle from this dealership after reading some of the reviews, but in my google search for a replacement car, they had a couple that matched my criteria.. I went along to view, although it appeared dis-organised , I did manage to view /test drive . Courtney, the sales person, was very helpful, she answered all the questions I had. I decided to go ahead as the price was very competitive, and I needed a replacement asap. There were a couple of things missing from the car,( parcel shelf, wing mirror casing) which Courtney promised to sort out before I
picked the car up within 48 hours. When I picked the car up, everything was sorted as promised, car was valeted etc. I have had the car for 3 months now, and have been very happy with it, no problems
