Vision Motors Direct are unprofessional and dishonest. Refusing to refund £100 deposit even though I was told The car would be ready on 3 different dates. My plan was to test drive and drive away happy. Arrived to collect, car no where in sight on dealer’s compound. Then told it would be ready the next day. Called in the next day, the salesman I dealt with was either fired or not in and the owner was on holiday and was told it should be ready on Monday at the latest. At this point I just asked to cancel as they clearly didn’t understand professional courtesy or customer service. They Then refused to refund my deposit as I was the one who cancelled the transaction (after being messed about!) Definitely do not recommend.

I totally agree with you, sooooooo dishonest, I wrote to the director who has totally ignored my letter so ,i'm taking this further
Bought VW Touran in good faith and took their word for it. Next day, problem with the instrument cluster. Took the car back, the dealer had it for 8 days before confirming what I saw the next day of sale. I tried reasonably asking for money back and they keep the car, the answer was no. Honouring the right to return, law their answer was a big no. I got the money back under section 75 form the cards provider. Now the card providers tried reversing the refund based on the dealer’s instructions who said that I still have the car. Potential buyers form this dealer, the car they told the card issuing banks is still not returned by me is as of today listed on this dealer website, VW Touran. See for yourself. Vision Motors Direct are not honest.

Bought a zafira from Vision Motors Direct and it went back for 2nd repair with no quibble but that was 8 yes 8 LONG Weeks ago ring up everyday to get told manager will call you back we always seem to just miss him and no phone calls returned WERES MY CAR!! all staff seem friendly enough but seems they can't fart without the managers say so they can't even ring garage they use to see what's going on. Got offered a courtsey car but told them I have one for about 2 weeks and was told it won't be that long now like I said that was 8 weeks ago and ring up to he's just popped out I can't check blah blah blah and no return calls. Currently in the process of talking to trading standards to see what I can do. I understand repairs can take time but we haven't a clue what's going on and is now 6 weeks after the agreed time scale. I bought the extended warrenty so all repairs covered by this but I spent 3500 about 11 WEEKS AGO and have had a car for about 3 weeks in total and now being left in the dark.
Purchased a 65 plate Kuga in June and the clutch packed in after 5 weeks of light use and needed to call the RAC to recover the vehicle. I tried numerous times to get the fault repaired under warranty however the manager was always "in a meeting" or "just stepped out" and "he would return my call". Apparently They "couldn't" provide me with details on how to claim the repair under warranty until the manager was in the office . I tried emailing and used the online enquiry form with no response so was forced to get the fault repaired out of my own pocket as I need my car for work costing me £500. A week later the battery failed and the car wouldn't start so another £230 for a new battery. Lesson learned I will buy from a reputable dealer next time

Hi Rob. I have not been passed any information that you have tried calling for me but I have been away on annual leave. If you purchased an extended warranty it would all be in your booklet with the claims procedure. I apologise about emails not coming through but there has been a technical error on our auto trader website so as a business we have not received any messages from either yourself or or other customers which was a teething problem being a new buisness which has now been addressed. Writing this as "Anonymous" but the garage know what car we are talking about. Bought a Vauxhall Zafira in April. Engine light came on the very next day. Rang Vision, took it back for "their" garage to have a look at. A fault was diagnosed and we were asked to bring the car back for repair which we did and were given a courtesy car "out of goodwill" but after being told the fault was fixed the light came back on again. We gave Vision Motors more than one chance to repair the fault but they couldn't. They are not interested in putting things right once they've got your money. We have ended up £500 plus out of pocket because we had to get our own diagnostics done and took the car to a Vauxhall dealer for repair. Vision would not even contribute to the cost. The aftersales is practically non-existent, the excuses roll off the tongue when you try and contact them - they're with a customer, they're out of the office, they're on holiday, they're in a meeting, there's a family emergency, they're busy, they'll ring you back (don't hold your breath). Haven't got the room to go on and only gave one star as we couldn't choose no stars. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable dealer. If I'd read these reviews earlier I wouldn't have gone there. No doubt the response from the garage will be how brilliant they are, what they did for us, what they offered us, we didn't give them a chance to repair the car etc etc - but judge for yourself, read the other reviews and avoid this dealer.

Thanks for the review ANONYMOUS. I can only take this as a malicious review as you can see there are no details to pin this down to any person or car. If you bough a car in April and now it is August that's 5 months of ownership and is out of your warranty unless you purchased an extended one. If this is the case please contact the warranty provider whom i am sure will help and if not contact the manager or drop him email.

Vision motors say drop them an email ! I have tried on a number of occasions just for their email address not to except them ! I have also sent a number of messages via their Facebook page, you can see they have been read on their but no one responds to them, I have also sent a message via their instagram page, still no response, I have sent them messages via their website still no response but when I inquired about my car in June they responded within 20 minutes! I am 280 miles away and so I could use the 67 plate Qashqai I bought on 21st June I am no out of pocket of £665 to replace all of the brakes and discs as they were beyond dangerous, that’s not including a new battery, front radar, runners on drivers seat and the passenger seat broken and dangerous to be used ! If anyone would like to read my review that’s below this one feel free and you will see vision motors response to it claiming they have not received and emails or messages from me when I know they have but have chosen to ignore them. Oh and the reason I have done it via email and messages is it’s a record of what’s been sent to them ready for when I go to trading standards, watch dog and rouge traders, if I made phone calls they would still say they had not received anything and fobbed me off with every excuse going. You know who I am by your sales records so there is no excuse not making contact with me, that’s if you keep you records!

Typical! Vision motors dismissing it as malicious. To put a review on here, you have to supply proof of purchase and verify your email. Makes you wonder why they are always on the offensive.
Bought a 67 plate Qashqai from them in June. It was looked at by Nissan yesterday due to a number of faults, battery not holding charge, passenger seat broken and unsafe to use, drivers seat runners broken. The main thing was the brakes are defective with the pads 90% worn on rear and 80% worn on the front with worn discs all round at a cost of £665 to replace them ! This company clearly does not check the cars before they sell them. I have also asked them for the radio code and service book instead of just 2 a4 print outs of what’s been done, the car was sold with what they said was a Nissan service history but on speaking to Nissan they have never serviced the car. Beware this company with take your money and when you contact them they will not respond back to you

Your email address keeps declining emails, I’ve sent emails via your website with no response, funny how when I enquired about the car you responded with in 20 minutes, I’ve sent you a message via instagram, you have not responded and I’ve sent you a number of messages via Facebook, the best bit about Facebook is you can see they have been read ! I very naively bought a car from Vision Motors Direct for 7000,the radio was scratched and locked and I was told I could drive it home and the new part would be there in 1-2 days and I could take it back and their mechanic could fix it while I sat and had a coffee.Seven weeks later I was still waiting after numerous phone calls being fobbed of and nobody getting back to me at all I eventually liaised with Vauxhall motors who had to fix it and told me the part would only take two days to order and one day to fit, Still no phone call of the dealer to say they had it back,I rang and said I was coming down to get my car and wasn’t moving without it,rotten dirty where it had been left out and all my petrol gone I eventually got it back.I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy,STAY clear of them.

Hi wendy. Unfortunately your review is not accurate. I dealt with your car and we ordered a new screen at a cost to us because you phoned and complained of a slight scratch in the corner. We booked your car into Vauxhall who could not code the screen to your car after it was fitted elsewhere. After this we paid Vauxhall 800 pounds for a new stereo to keep you happy so unfortunately this all takes time. As for the valet the car was in the same condition as when you dropped it off with us and you did just turn up unannounced to collect so we would not have had a service wash done. Also just to say your attitude towards the staff dealing with you and the language which you used was not of a nice manner and un called for. All the best. Vision motors.

Dealt with a bloke at haydock was unable to go down but was assured that if I put a £100 deposit that I would get it refunded if I did not want the car. Turns out I could not buy it 4 to 5 calls later each time a doffer excuse I did not get my deposit back. I am glad I did not buy the car if this is the way this dealer behaviour do not trust them when told it's refundable
