I've traveled almost 400 miles and bought a lovely 320d from Vision Motors Direct, the service was great, but I had to wait over an hour to see the car even though we had the viewing scheduled at the time I arrived. I would highly advise you to check the car before purchasing from this crowd independently. The car somehow passed the MOT with bald rear tires. The aircon gas was gone, and tracking was off. The only thing I noticed when while buying the car was that the alignment was a bit off and the steering wheel wasn't straight. I've pointed this out and HAVE been assured by the ''Manager'' that they will cover the cost of this. Suprise, Suprise the manager said he did not remember anything. Very disappointing. Certainly wouldn't buy a car from them again BEWARE!

Recently purchased a car which was promised to be ready a week before it actually was. I understand car preparation may take time but if they had been upfront an honest with us about the expected time to get the car ready, we would have gone elsewhere as we needed a car asap. They eventually offered a courtesy car once they acknowledged they had messed us about, for which my husband had to catch 3 trains to get to their office. No mention of any recompense for the time any money wasted. Personally believe it is worth going to another garage even if you spend a bit extra as you expect some half decent customer service when you are spending thousands on a car.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately cars can take longer to prepare than originally anticipated at the point of sale. This can happen for many reasons. If a car needs a part and the garage have to wait for it to be deliovered it can put the delivery back unfortunately . We as a garage would rather make sure the cars go out to there new owners without needing any remedial work and fault free. I apologise if this inconvenienced you. As for courtesy cars we do not offer them as a given but in this instance we lent you a car which up for sale to keep you mobile but unfortunately we can not help how a customer gets to our showroom. I do not normally leave reviews but the service received was very poor, so hope this is helpful for future potential customers. - Car was promised to be ready 3 days after putting the deposit down. This date was put back 4 times, despite us telling them we were selling our car the first date they promised it to be ready - (Was eventually ready 11 days later). - As per other reviews, despite verbally saying you can get your deposit back if you read the small print in the contract it explicitly states it is non-refundable so be aware! - The car was delayed allegedly due to the bodywork being done as the car had a few scratches, I collected the vehicle while it was heavily raining so couldn't spot the marks on the black paint and trusted they completed the work as promised. The next day I could see all the marks were there so the promised work was not done, - After buying the car I asked for a log book on my way out which they then decided to inform me the car did not have one. In summary, clearly they are not afraid to lie to customers, so be very careful when buying cars from them. Whilst some prices may seem affordable they clearly cut a lot of corners. I personally dealt with a salesman called Chad who was very jolly and polite when trying to sell the car but as soon as I had paid the full amount he became very rude and dismissive when I was asking questions regarding the log book and taxing the vehicle.

i made a phone call to Vision Motors Direct to enquire about a hyundia tucson and was told by the sales man the car was ready to view and will have been through there work shop and was ready to go. i travelled 98 miles to get there. when i arrived the car was dirty but i was prepared to look past that so had a test drive and on first impression the car seem ok so i had already swapped my insurance over , i agreed to buy it. then i noticed the front tyres were bald , when i asked about the mot i wastold it had not been done but they would knock the money off for it. i blame myself for buying the car i should of walked there and then but i didn't. after driving the car for a week it required new front brakes , new tyres, stop start fault which needed a new battery to solve and a faulty fuel gauge plus when i went for new tyres there was no locking wheel nut adaptor in the car , that alone cost me an three day tour of different garages and £50 to remove them. when i complained all i was told was its under warranty at hyundai so take it there. the faults i have mention are not under warranty.i did ask them for a refund and for me to return the car but they more or less laughed at me. they never phone you back and just hope you will go away.my advise would be to steer well clear because once you drive away from this place thats it

Hi Martin. I have read your review and have also spoke with you over the phone. Unfortunately our cars are not ready to drive away and we like to work on a 4 day turn around to ensure any work required is done. As you came and needed to drive away that day we discounted the car and also explained that when the m.o.t was needed we would pay for this and any work needed to get it through. It is a shame you feel this way but we offered a deal on the day as a drive away deal and not one that had been through our used car preparation. Saw an astra which looked great! Wendy was lovely and patient despite being busy and allowed me to test drive the vehicle first. I agreed to buy the car straight away and my old car settlement figure was agreed very easily. I was in and out within half an hour. Only setback was collecting my car. Was advised it would be ready on a wednesday morning only to find it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon after I had already arrived. Thankfully Wendy was apologetic and transparent about the error. After getting the car home I found the wheel alignment was out and my service book wasn't stamped but after speaking to gary who could probably tell I was anxious, he got me booked in on the friday morning and the problem was fixed for me within the hour. I was also impressed with e-mail communication regarding my part ex as I asked when my settlement would be paid and got a reply within 48 hours asking to confirm settlement documents so the car could be paid. I'm bringing my partner here soon to look at a new car for herself All the best, Daniel

Saw a vehicle on autotrader that looked great in the pictures, nicely detailed, good description etc. Went to view on a Saturday but the car was at their holding compound, approx. 15mins away. They were busy and it would likely have taken 1hr to retrieve the car so we agreed to come back the following Monday. I was encouraged to leave a £100 holding deposit to secure the car until I returned. Invoice was drawn up, salesman was friendly and professional so I had no concerns. Went to see the car on the Monday and it wasn't in as good a condition as expected and wasn't for me. We amicably exchanged details and assured the £100 deposit would be back in my account within a few days (4th May). Almost THREE weeks and MANY, MANY phone calls later, I eventually received my £100 late on the 21st May. Don't put a holding deposit down. You have been warned about Vision Motors Direct.
I could not fault them nothing to much trouble, very good choice of cars and price range. The best car sales dealership I have ever used

Excellent customer service! The most stress-free car purchase ever. We had booked a test-drive and arrived to find the car clean and ready for us. Left alone to view and test-drive so no pressure whatsoever. Sale agreed, with a good part-exchange value given for our car. Arranged to collect car the following week - again it was ready for us and gleaming after its Supaguard treatment. Very efficient and friendly service throughout, we would have no hesitation in recommending Vision Motors based on our experience. Special thanks to Wendy for managing the whole process.

We’d been looking to change our car for a little while, so having coffee at a garden centre near Preston I scanned the internet on my phone. I found what we’d been looking for not too far away and one of the cheapest in the UK. I decided to phone Vision Motors to ask what time they closed (as it was Saturday afternoon), I asked if the car we were interested in was still for sale, yes the salesman said. “Ok I’m on my way” I replied. When we arrived the car was there ready for inspection, after a really friendly chat the salesman (Gary) left us to inspect the car to our selves (no pressure from the salesman). I said to my wife I’ll ask for a test drive. Gary gave us some trade plates and said take as long as you want. We were very impressed with the car and Vision Motors. Gary said “what do you think” we need to think about it we replied. We went back on the Monday to buy the car. I can only say that buying this car was easy, no pressure and a pleasant experience.

Left refundable deposit for a car decided not to go ahead with purchase as car was not ready and options offered didn't suit my needs, Chasing my deposit for 2nd week with promises that it will get refunded. Person on the phone wasn't even interested in transferring my call to management after I asked and promised call back from sales person. Glad that I didn't buy a car from Vision Motors Direct.

Thank you for taking your time to review us at Vision motors. I have looked through all transactions for the past month and can not find one in the name of Romans. All deposits are left on a refundable basis subject to viewing. This enables us to secure customers there car over the phone so that they don't loose it. We would never withhold a refund and some people do not take into account the time it takes of 3 working days to show back on the card they left it on. You should be looking past 30 days as I have still never received refund. Payment was made 30th of March and cleared account on 2nd of April. I have been in touch number of times and last time I spoke to salesperson they said it was down to admin person as she was on holidays and she is the only person who has access to process payment and it works out that person was on holiday for more than a month ? I am sure that you had plenty of time to process refund and of course last promise was that money will be refunded which never happened.
