Sales experience? 5* Aftersales experience? 0* I spent £26,990 of my own money on an RS3 (reg "AJ65 CDF") from Vogue Motor Company in Dec 2022. 4 days after purchase, the vehicle was confirmed to have been clocked in the past by ~9k miles (checked using VCDS, independent expert, and VAG specialist). The dealer refused rejection. 400 miles/4 weeks later, I discovered that the vehicle was using oil way beyond the manufacturer tolerance. At this point the dealer completely ignored all attempts at communication. I could not get a response from Juneid. Numerous calls went unanswered, text messages were left on read, recorded letters citing Consumer Rights 2015 requesting a reply were ignored. All I wanted was for the 2 issues to be fixed. They took advantage of the fact I had paid cash (and thus not protected by consumer credit laws). The mediation specialists who I had instructed to act on my behalf were also ignored! It later transpired that the vehicle had previous accident repairs and was not safe for the road! The dealer only cooperated due to the mediator's exceptional reputation and upcoming court action. Even after the vehicle was taken in for inspection and issues were confirmed, they wanted to 'buy' it back at trade in value (circa 22k!). Fortunately I was able to secure a refund in full. Considering the vehicle has now been sold on by the dealership without having the true mileage updated, I would steer well clear of this dealership.
