Our prayers had been answered when we came across VW Van centre in Oldham. Honestly we are really, really happy with our new van. It was our first time visiting these guys, after a bad experience with another branch, but wow. They were absolutely incredible, and so professional, from the beginning right to the end, they just were amazing. And the salesman Justin is one of the best salesmen I have come across. Really happy with our purchase, and will 100% be returning

Outstanding is all I can say. I flew down from Cornwall to get the California I purchased from these guys, and they honestly went out of their way for me. The car is lovely, running very smooth. They were so supportive and informative, honestly they were just perfect. No improvements possible. Finding a dealership where they put customers first, and their team is just really accommodating is like finding a needle in a haystack, but feels like a treasure when you do.

Big thanks to these lads at VW van centre in Oldham. Had a little hiccup with the car’s oil, but they were straight on it, and told me to drop it in whenever I can so they can get it sorted for me. The Caddy is running great for me, so cannot be happier. The guys there were well prepped and did everything I could ask for. Customer service was absolutely sound.

I haven’t managed to drive the Caddy I purchased yet, as it’s being converted. But in terms of the customer service, the dealership was great. No issues and no complaints from my end. They were really helpful, and incredibly friendly. They did everything they needed to do.

Oldham had the right van at the right time when I was in the market for one. I'm a joiner and I was looking for a bigger van as an upgrade to my one previously and after taking a look online, this is when I came across the transporter on the Volkswagen van Centre's website. Anyway, I had the van and I've used it a hell of a lot since getting it, and now that it's all kitted out, there isn't anything else I need to do to it.

Personally, I've not driven the van since I got it because it was for one of my lads but I haven't heard anything from them so I take it all is going okay with it. I'd soon be in touch if there was an issue. From start to finish Justin was great because he always kept me updated on the progress of my van and he was a real pleasure to deal with while I was purchasing the van.
