Bought a Transporter from Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, and it’s been great so far. I’ve only done 1,000 miles as I’ve been on holiday, but having had three of these vans before, I knew what to expect. This was my first time buying from a dealership rather than privately, and the experience was really good, everything went as expected. I did have to take it back a week later as the undercarriage plastics were hanging off, but they sorted it quickly, and touch wood, it’s been fine since.

My Transporter has been great and the service I received from the dealership was very good.

Nothing comes to mind that could of my made my experience 5 stars but I didn't have any issues, so I can't complain. Phil's customer service was great and there was no pressure to go ahead with the van.

Apart from not being contacted when you had what I wanted in stock, the transaction was very straightforward and stress free, I would recommend and have done so already

We've had the California since September now and It's been going good. It was my husband that dealt with most of the process but Sarah was brilliant and I don't think we could have asked for more.

Phill was excellent to deal with while I was buying my ID. Buzz. He had it tricky along the way through no fault of his own because Volkswagen were meant to be contributing a £5000 deposit towards the vehicle which they didn't end up paying, which was a bit of a pain because I planned everything based off that but Phill handled the situation very well.

This was the 1st transporter I've had because I had a Caddy previously, so getting used to the size difference was a little bit of a shock, but it has sensors on it which helps. I could tell right away that it is a lot more comfortable to drive compared to my Caddy, so I know Ill keep it for a long time. Ian was very friendly to deal with from the very start, and I look forward seeing him again when I come in for a service.

I've not had much of a chance to take my van out on a really long trip yet, as I'm working fairly locally at the moment, so I've only done small trips but its been great. I look forward to getting out some work outside of my area to give it a good run out.
