This was the 1st transporter I've had because I had a Caddy previously, so getting used to the size difference was a little bit of a shock, but it has sensors on it which helps. I could tell right away that it is a lot more comfortable to drive compared to my Caddy, so I know Ill keep it for a long time. Ian was very friendly to deal with from the very start, and I look forward seeing him again when I come in for a service.

I've not had much of a chance to take my van out on a really long trip yet, as I'm working fairly locally at the moment, so I've only done small trips but its been great. I look forward to getting out some work outside of my area to give it a good run out.

I've had my ID Buzz since January, and I reckon me and my partner have probably put over 2000 miles plus on the clock, even with the weather we have been having. When I walked into the dealership, I was very relaxed and felt comfortable walking around at my own pace. For that reason, I would be happy to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

It was my first time visiting Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham and everything went smoothly. On arrival, I was relieved to see that the van was as described in the advertisement, which made the trip worth it. Ian was true to his word and carried everything out that he said he would! For me it's been a great experience.

I wouldn't change anything about my dealings with this dealership because everything went as expected! We've been out in our California a couple of times since purchasing it last month everything seems to be working fine so far. I think Sarah was the saleswoman who sold us the camper and she was brilliant throughout the sale, It was lovely to have her looking after me. When we get some better weather, we will be sending some pictures over to Sarah of our little camping setup.

Massive shout out to Sarah who was just superb from start to finish, I couldn't recommend her enough. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she was very knowledgeable about the California we were interested in and she really gave us a lot of confidence when spending the large amount of money. Which is another reason why I wanted to get it from a trusted dealership, so I know it would be really good for years to come. Since driving it away we have pretty much tested everything out and it's been brilliant, I can't get enough of it! - We weren't able to get out in it over the easter bank holiday because we live in Cornwall and it was really busy but we look forward to our next adventure.
