Recently bought a used XC60. Only went for a browse but after a chat with AJ and a test drive we shook hands. AJ and Luke were superb from start to finish and bent over backwards to help. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a used Volvo XC 60 from the Volvo dealership on Penarth Road. The salesman was Nick Jago. He was very friendly and helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. At no time did we feel we were being pressurised into making a decision, in fact he left us to make our own minds up. Since the purchase, he and Volvo have been brilliant in rectifying some blemishes that we only noticed after arriving home with the car. I would definitely use this dealership when thinking of purchasing another vehicle. Cannot fault either Nick or the dealership in the service they provided.

Compelled to write this review following my visit to the Volvo Garage repair Penarth road Cardiff this afternoon...I was shopping in Sloper road this afternoon with my elderly mother and my sister. Approaching our car I noticed something hanging below car just off the ground. Didn’t know what to do so drove car slowly to the nearest garage which happened to be the Volvo garage which I didn’t realised. Spoke to the reception who said if we would like to go and sit in the warm in the showroom next door, have a coffee and biscuit and they would ge tear on ramp and have a look, (our car was a susuki vitara, ten mins later we were advised, all sorted. Went back to reception who advised a part had fallen down, they had put it back and no charge.....amazing service, so kind.......I personally am a Porsche driver and can advise when I look at purchasing my next car, Volvo will be my first visit to look at what cars they have to offer...wellldone Volvo, thanks for caring and not ripping us off, we would have believed if you said new exhaust needed and you said would fit one there and then.......
