Excellent service by Vorase Motors and their team. It was a struggle for me to find a car in finance. But they got my finance approved without any problem. And finally, I got the car which I wanted. moments ago Charlatans, don’t waste you Money Charlatans ! Vehicle was purchased on22nd of April. Week later the car stopped working. Contacted these “professionals” , more lies I haven’t heard in my life . Daily phone calls to them, lead to another lie ; telling that car will be collected tomorrow and full refund will be given… they have totally different understanding of tomorrow or honesty Tried to communicate though email. The only positive outcome, feat response … with another tomorrow promise . Went to speak face to face , where I have been promised that the car will be collected tomorrow ….. this happened on 8th of may… they have taken the car key from us, as a promise that car will be collected .. drum roll ; TOMORROW. Today is 15th of may… guess what it’s not tomorrow yet. Outcome, not working car , without the car key and still trying to understand how long to wait till tomorrow

Based upon my recent experience of buying a car from Vorase Motors I am unable to give them any stars whatsoever. The whole experience of buying a faulty car from them has been a nightmare. Whilst I have been eventually refunded for the car I bought, this was only possible because I returned the car to them at great expense and considerable hassle whilst demanding my money back. If I hadn’t, I would still be stuck with it and significantly out of pocket after fixing the major fault it was sold to me with.. If the company had any sort of customer care values they would have recovered the vehicle. I am still trying to recover £300 that I paid for warranty which is clearly not required by me however, I have been unable to do so but continue to try and have lodged a complaint with the Consumer Rights Ombudsmen with detailed information as to the horrendous experience I have had with Vorase Motors. On the off chance that any prospective customers read this review, steer well clear of this car dealer. If you have any doubts, at all take a look at their ‘garage’ area used to prepare your ‘quality’ car. Unfortunately I didn’t but should have.

Bought a car for my daughter. Two bald tyres upon arrival. Battery died twice within two weeks of having the car. Reverse lights don’t work. Stereo doesn’t work. Tried to rectify with raja but completely washed his hands of it! Bought so bye bye! Terrible. Trying to locate who passed it for its MOT. Will wait until daughter gets back in the country to sort.

I paid £500 deposit for a car that arrived undriveable. When I said I didn't want to buy it I was pressured into buying it and 'just taking it to a garage as it's in warranty'. The problem was that the car wouldn't go into reverse and I was repeatedly asked if I knew how to drive a manual and whether I had pushed the gear stick hard enough. Fast forward 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, emails, texts, I am still waiting for a refund of my deposit. I am at my wits end and wouldn't wish this stress on anyone else. Do not use this garage if you want good, clear customer service.
