John at Voy Prestige Motors could not have been more helpful sorting out a couple of problems
I purchased a car from Voy Prestige Motors, and part exchanged mine. On receiving my new car there was several things wrong with it. Voy asked me to take the car to a garage in a Royton and he would have the things sorted out, I travelled out of my way to the garage and the car was left with them for the day, they called me to collect and said I would have to bring it back for a few days, as they couldn’t sort it out all in one day. I again travelled out of my way to take the car back this week, and after 2 days I get a phone call to stated the car was ready, I said so everything is sorted out, they said no Voy have told them that they are not prepared to foot the bill to have all the work completed. Voy stated when challenged that they are not a charity. ( great customer service). My car is now stuck with no heated rear window or parking sensors. Voy offered me to return the car for a full refund but this isn’t an option as I have spent money transferring private plates etc. Stay well clear, owner rude and doesn’t keep to his word. I wasn’t given any warranty paperwork and I am still waiting. Also he stated that service book would be posted as previous owner has not dropped it off yet, so I am still awaiting service book too.

I have just read your review, which is just a complete fabrication. Voy does not operate its business in this manner and it would help if you revealed what car you bought, so we could discuss this with you. Whoever you are, you have never made your disappointment known to me or our mechanics. We never sell cars without service history and we never complete a handover, without passing on the warranty documentation. If you feel as thought you were treated so unfairly, it would be genuinely interesting to hear why you did not accept the full refund? Surely if this was in fact the case, you had been treated in a completely fair manner. Please feel free to call me on 0161 633 3311 to discuss further.

I have just worked out who you are from our records. It would have been so nice if you could have kept to the truth, instead of fabricating a complete pack of lies. Even the finance company did not believe your story, in an attempt to bring discredit to my company, just because we said no to you. Your behaviour throughout the whole incident was made even worse, when members of your family apologised to me for your lies and distortion of the facts. Like I said, all because we said No.
Voy Prestige Motors will do anything for you but the cars are not good. Problems from day one. Not clean and not worth the money.
