I got to say I am so pleased I went here for my new car. The service I received was amazing nothing left out. The car was very presentable and clean and so far it has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Many thanks to everyone at the VR Car Centre.
I got my car from here in February. I am still waiting for the spare key that the car should have come with. The car was clean and in good shape but I am not happy with the after sales.

I must say I am surprised to read that you have had an issue with the guys at VR car centre. Having dealt with Andy & Neville numerous times they have always gone the extra mile when it comes to customer service and contact. Perhaps give them another call and check with them about the key. They do seem like busy lads and couldn't be nicer when it came to purchasing my last vehicle. Paul
Can't recommend this company enough, they are professional and far more helpful that anyone we've ever dealt with before.Andy and Neville went out of their way to cater for us and we're always ready to help and advise when needed, 5* service wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
