I discovered the car on the internet without any pictures so I called them up and arranged to have a look at VW Direct in Worcester the next day. When I arrived I was met by Dave and Helen who both made me feel very welcome despite coming to see what was probably the cheapest vehicle they had. I was given complete freedom to inspect and test drive it for as long as I wanted. Dave even suggested a route for me that took in plenty of hills and winding lanes to get to know the car. I have to admit that it1 looked fairly tired and unloved as it had just come in as a px but it drove very well and seemed mechanically fine. At this point I wasn't feeling too sure about the car but Dave took me through the history, of which there was a lot, and told me a bit of the back ground of the vehicle. Still not 100% sure, Dave offered to have the body work sorted out and repainted and give the whole car a top to bottom valet for a very reasonable extra cost so I went for it. When I arrived a week or so later to collect the car I almost walked past it as the work they had done completely transformed it. I could not be happier with the car and the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use & recommend VW Direct in the future.

Purchased a golf GTD from vw direct , from viewing the car to buying it , felt no pressure or hard sell from Morgan , great company to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend vw direct in the future.

We purchased a 2015 Golf Match in early December for my wife.This car is absolutely immaculate and drives like brand new! In terms of the quality of the people who run and own this business, they are top notch and completely wipe away the fear factor of buying a car. We were offered a PX which absolutely beat the best we had been offered at a car supermarket :-) Initially we spoke to Morgan (daughter) and travelled from Warwickshire to take a look at th vehicle. We were able to test drive the Golf and at no time felt pressurised to purchase the car .... Maybe the frothy coffee from Morgans mum helped a little! The car was available the following day for collection and my wife happily travelled on her own to complete the deal. Previous experience at other dealers, meant we would never of trusted the process without us both being at the collection. This clearly shows the confidence we have in this business. My wife also met Dad/ Hubby and commented on how lovely he was to speak to also. When we need our next Golf, we won't go anywhere else. Massive thanks from the King family.

I would not go to VW Direct in Worcester, obviously helpful at the start as they want to get the sale but as soon as you have signed that dotted line they do not want to know and also go back on their promises. I had issues with the car as soon as I had it, it kept cutting out and kangarooing down the road," just put fuel cleaner in", so I did and then suddenly the warranty is up so they no longer can help although this issue came up when I had the warranty. They also promised a second key, what a palaver that was, "no we don't ever promise that you would get one" isn't it pretty basis these days that you get a second key! I had to go to trading standards for them to finally sort me a second key, but they didn't go and get it I had to drive 35 minutes away to collect the key. I am trying to get rid of the car and thought I would ask them for a value, " sorry your car is too old" so "we buy any golf is not true". Do not go here to buy your car.

We have dealt with vw direct on more than one occassion and they never fail to let us down. Such lovely people to deal with. Cars always excellent condition

Having just bought a car from VW direct, I can't recommend them highly enough. Dealing with them was a breath of fresh air! The 2nd hand car market can be a stressful and daunting experience but they made it so easy and hassle-free. I really like that they're VW specialists as they really know their cars and the quality is evident in the stock they hold. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone and i'll definitely be returning again the next time I change my car.

From the moment i brought the car i had nothing but problems. One after the other. I'd ring up was told "just to drive it around, hopefully it will go away". Well, the problems stayed. Eventually they took the car to their garage and "fixed" the problem at my cost. Sure enough another problem arrived which cost me well over £500 and no transport for a week!! The cost of the car included the second car key which i was promised again and again and again. And sure enough was never received. So at further cost to me once again i had to by a second car key. Im not saying every car is going to have problems but think twice before buying a car from here. Make sure you do your research.

Always nervous when buying a used car but in this case it was a truly hassle free and pleasurable experience. Couldn't recommend them highly enough if you're after quality.
