Visited the dealership to view a VW Multivan. We agreed a part-exchange for our present vehicle and arranged a collection date to suit us. The van was cleaned, checked and ready for collection on the date and time agreed. Very happy with our purchase and would use this dealership again.

"Getting on well with my California"

So far I'm getting on fine with it my California, it hasn't been to bad at all. Due to the weather I haven’t tested the roof out yet, but everything else has been great. We recently took it to Edinburgh last week for a two-night trip, and it was great.

I got in touch with the Van Centre to enquire about the Transporter I saw, and once I was happy with everything, I put a deposit on it and collected it a week later. It was a very straight forward process and Jay was brilliant throughout. I've got no complaints at all.

Since I work in the trade myself, I felt that I could talk freely to Darren and have some good, straight conversations with him and on the back of it he offered some good advice. At the handover, I flagged a small issue with the heater at the back but as I've not got round to taking it out yet, it's nothing urgent. Plus he was reassuring and advised me to just give him a call when I'm ready to get it sorted.

I absolutely love my new California! I've always owned bangers in the past so this is a nice little upgrade and it's been great for the fair few trips I've been out in it. It's everything I wanted and more. Darren was a top man to deal with, he didn't apply any pressure to the sale and you can tell he clearly knows what he's talking about. Good experience.

The only reason for not giving top marks is because I had to travel a long distance to get the van when it could have been delivered to a closer branch, which would have made my life a lot easier. On the whole, though Darren was very good, I felt well informed by him, and I'm getting on fine with the van.

Nick was really good to deal with, and I had no problems with his customer service. I need to look at getting the heated window fixed under warranty as it doesn't seem to be working but it drives well and I've not had any other issues.
