I needed an upgrade for my work van. I saw that VW Van Centre Birmingham had a new model of the Transporter LCV, and I felt it would be the perfect fit. Nick from the dealership made my experience one to remember, as nothing was too much trouble from his answering my questions to getting me a cup of tea. The professionalism shown and pleasant experience have solidified my decision to go back to them in a few years for another upgrade.

When I was after a new van I was recommended to Volkswagen Van Center Birmingham, so this is my very first time using them and I cannot say more how happy I was with the whole experience, infact the BEST van buying experience I have ever had - and I have bought allot of vans! Firstly when I arrived at the showroom, Nick greeted me and we discussed what I was after, he showed me what they had in and unfortunately nothing was going to work for my needs, after we were chatting for a while he came up with an option and most likely solution for me. The demo model they had, this had all the bells and whistles I needed and I was extremely impressed - how accommodating! I quickly agreed and since having the van it has been spot on, but if I am ever in need of a van again I'll be heading down to see Nick again, from this great experience they have defiantly earned my loyalty! Id give then 6 stars all day long

I enjoy converting vans into camper vans, so I visited the Volkswagen van centre in Birmingham to see if they could help me with my new project. The sales team was really friendly and never made me feel under pressure to buy. I walked away with a Transporter LCV, and I can't wait to stare at its transformation.

I was looking to buy a new van because I am a sole trader and I needed something reliable for my business. I came across the Volkswagen Van Centre in Birmingham. I gave them a call, and I spoke to one of their sales guys called Jack, who arranged for me to go see the van in person. When I arrived at the dealership, Jack welcomed me with open arms, and he made me feel very welcome. He let me take my time looking at the van without applying any kind of pressure on me, which I was very thankful for, but he was there to answer any questions if I needed him to. My new Caddy is sound, and it has turned out to be a good purchase for my business. So far, I'm very happy with everything. Thank you.

Volkswagen Van Centre was a delight to do business with. Jay, the salesperson who looked after me, was amazing; he was able to answer all of my questions without blinking an eyelid, and he gave me lots of helpful information about the VW Crafter that I bought from him. I'm well chuffed with my new van; it is definitely doing the job that I need it to, and it has not let me down so far, so all is good.
