This is my first time using VW Van Centre Birmingham, even tho quite a distance I would go back in the future if I needed another van. It was a great experience and Nick was very informative and friendly. The van its self that I bought is running fine, and im enjoying it. I have a slight issue with the bumper rubbing, but Im hoping this all to be sorted soon. 😊

I work at the VW Van Centre and when I saw this Skoda Karoq come in as a part exchange, I thought this would be perfect for me. Even tho I work closely with the guys in the dealership on a daily basis they didn't treat me any other way to any other customer. Jayne was informative and helpful and they gave the van a full health check. A real all round 5* service - Thanks Guys!!

I visited the Volkswagen van centre in Birmingham as I needed a new van for work. The team at the dealership was fantastic at providing me with different options to suit my needs. I have renovated flats in the past, and I wanted a new project, so I made the decision to purchase a van to convert into a campervan. I went to the Volkswagen van centre in Birmingham and explained my plan, and they were amazing at recommending a great van for my project. I went for the VW Crafter-LCV, and I am looking forward to starting the renovation. Now that I have sorted out the van, I just need to convince my wife that the building work won't be that bad 😁

I needed an upgrade for my work van. I saw that VW Van Centre Birmingham had a new model of the Transporter LCV, and I felt it would be the perfect fit. Nick from the dealership made my experience one to remember, as nothing was too much trouble from his answering my questions to getting me a cup of tea. The professionalism shown and pleasant experience have solidified my decision to go back to them in a few years for another upgrade.

When I was after a new van I was recommended to Volkswagen Van Center Birmingham, so this is my very first time using them and I cannot say more how happy I was with the whole experience, infact the BEST van buying experience I have ever had - and I have bought allot of vans! Firstly when I arrived at the showroom, Nick greeted me and we discussed what I was after, he showed me what they had in and unfortunately nothing was going to work for my needs, after we were chatting for a while he came up with an option and most likely solution for me. The demo model they had, this had all the bells and whistles I needed and I was extremely impressed - how accommodating! I quickly agreed and since having the van it has been spot on, but if I am ever in need of a van again I'll be heading down to see Nick again, from this great experience they have defiantly earned my loyalty! Id give then 6 stars all day long
