Having traded with my previous dealer for 40 years I thought it time for a change.
What a great experience at Brands. No pushy sales staff, just people with a genuine desire to help. After lots of discussions and a test drive I opted for a ZS Trophy HEV Automatic which I absolutely love.
Callum kept me updated throughout the order process and when the car arrived he was patience personified in terms of showing me the car’s features. I’ve also had follow up contact asking if things were going okay, did I have any questions, etc.
When making such a significant purchase it’s not just about the product that you buy, it’s about the service that goes with it and Brands have it all.
So if you want a great product, great service and great price then it has to be Brands!

I have been buying cars both classic and modern for close to fifty years and in all my buying experiences I have never come up against any car dealer like this. Firstly they have been trading for almost a hundred years and I can see why. I personally dealt with Martyn Brand and hit it off the moment we meet. This guy is on the ball particularly with attention to detail. Purchased a MGZS180 modern classic to add to my collection. We arranged delivery and Martyn personally delivered it paying attention to the detail in the paperwork. For those potential clients who are thinking of getting a MG do not hesitate in buying from them even if you have to travel. The larger so called dealers could learn a lot from how this operation is run you are not a number old fashioned values.Once again Martyn thank you for your efforts !!!
