Excellent service all round, Ford service, third one with this car and first MoT, not cheap but what is these days. We have always found WRD to be reliable, honest and helpful, all staff we have come into contact with over the last eight years and two vehicles have been excellent. Thank you WRD, be back next year! Visited the Llandudno Junction showroom last week. Was "greeted" by a patronising, arrogant and condescending young salesman. Won't go anywhere near them again.

Exercise great caution when dealing with the Renault Sales Team at Llandudno Junction. I ordered a Clio Alpine last August and was still waiting in December. Continually being promised that the car was in transit from France. To cap it all the Sales Manager went back on the original deal stating that my car was now worth less due to prevailing used car values. Was promised a phone call from the Sales Manager on his return from holiday in December which never materialised. I have never been treated so badly by a Car Company. Renault Clio is a brilliant car but my next one won’t now be ordered through WR Davies!

Husband got me a car had to wait 2 and a half weeks to collect and when I got car wasnt advised the car had a large scratch on windscreen car was very dirty inside hadn't had a valet and waiting on a part for it selling did NOT keep in contact as promised . Poor service

First of all the sales rep, Gareth Crabtree never turned up at the rail station to meet me after a 5 hour journey. Then I found parts broke on my VW T6. Front grille broke, front fog light, hole in wheel arch cover, rubber seal broke letting in water, clips missing off rear bumper. No milk for coffee, sales manager arguing with other customer in the office. Pissing down with rain and never got offered an umbrella to look round the vehicle. Sales person came in 3 hours late and NO apology. No fuel in vehicle and I ended up getting fuel on test drive. Most broken parts got paid for but they made me pay £137 to get the wheel arch sorted. Would not recommend WR Davis or the sales person.

We bought a 2nd hand trade in and from the first phone enquiry found Michael to be so helpful, both friendly and professional. Michael supported us through out the process and ensured the car to be at its very best upon collection with MOT, Tax, Serviced and new tyres to wiper blades. We cannot praise Michael highly enough for a very reassuring and easy process. We highly recommend WR Davies in Llandudno and will certainly return for a second car purchase in the near future. A big thank you to Dan, Tony and Carwyn at WR Davies Llandudno Juntion for sorting out what seemed an insurmountable problem last Saturday morning - attempting to drive 300 miles home when a puncture was discovered and no locking nut key. Expert technical advice, calm, friendly appraisal of the situation and a welcome cup of strong tea saw us back on the road within half an hour.

Was a pleasure to deal with Ian Evans, no High pressure sales technique, as is the usual thing with some salespeople, just a relaxed attitude but highly informative and prepared to negotiate. Would definitely return. Ray Brad
