From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was made to feel extremely welcome. All the staff were polite and helpful. They gave me all the time I needed to look at all the available cars in the showroom without pressure. Once I was ready to talk to the Mobility salesperson I was introduced to Perdip Singh. He was by far the kindest, most attentive, knowledgeable and caring salesperson I have ever dealt with. It was more like talking to an old friend than someone who I had just met. Nothing was too much trouble for him, making sure he found us the right fit with regards to the type of car and budget for me. Ordering was very easy and straightforward and I left the dealership confident in my choices. Perdip kept in regular contact with me from the time of ordering to pick up. My car actually arrived a week early so that was another bonus too. On the day of collection Perdip talked me through every step from handing over my old car, paperwork and payment without any issues. I was expecting to collect my new car from outside the dealership but Perdip walked me to a car within the showroom which was draped in a red cloth, he proceeded to pull it away to reveal my car. It was amazing. I felt like a celebrity and very special. He talked me through all the features of the car, even pairing my phone to it and setting my preferred radio channels. Nothing was too much trouble. When it was time to leave the staff opened up the doors to the showroom and I drove off feeling so special. Perdip has been in touch since to make sure everything is going well. I can't thank all the staff enough for all their hard work but Perdip is not only an exceptional salesperson and a credit to Nissan Stafford but a real credit to the Mobility customers too. purchased a used car from them, then on the way home from picking it up the seal around the windscreen started coming out on the motorway I tried to put it back in but as soon as I drove over 55mph it came out again. So I rang them when I got home and I was told they would get the service dept to contact me, well 4 days later no contact so I rang them, to be told I would need to bring it back, I live 70 miles away and have two small children so I asked could I not go to a closer Nissan garage or have a windscreen guy come out to me and was told NO! They said they would get back to me but again over a week later still no contact from them, so I rang again and was told the sales guy would contact me, so again I waited another 24 hrs and rang again to be told he was going to ring me but still hasn't (over 2 weeks after I reported the issue). I'm really shocked at the Poor service or lack of that I have received . I wont be using again and would not recommend!
