5 Stars for W18. I had a great time purchasing my Mini Cooper.

These guys outshine other dealerships. I find myself always telling people how good they were with us. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant and I am not joking. We started browsing and the gentleman who sold it to us was honest and open about the car and helped us understand how to drive it avoid issues with the diesel.

We visited W18 on a Sunday after just coming from a different dealership who give us a horrible experience. Due to this, we were slightly on edge, but as soon as we walked in, the man who helped us was really lovely. He wasn't pushy at all and all the cars seemed like they were in immaculate condition as if they are cleaned every day! I honestly could not ask for anything better. My son is leaning to drive and so once he is out of his banger, I'm positive he will be visiting W18.

Friendly staff, no heavy sell, as we decided to exchange cars on the day having travelled 90 miles, they helped us with all the required paperwork etc. Even dropped us off for lunch as the put a new battery on the car. Car as expected and see it as a good purchase.

Very very good service at W18! I have no qualms at all with these lot. The bloke who delivered it was nice and pleasant and as a whole it was made very straightforward and easy for me and my husband.
