I am well chuffed with my Peugeot I had a couple of niggly bits with my car at the start but once I made W18 Cars Ltd aware of this they were on the ball to put things right for me, I've not had any issues since.. I know Gary's daughter, and this is how I came across them, I am so glad that she recommended this garage to me, the service was phenomenal, I would pass on my recommendations to everyone also.

The whole service was fab from W18 Cars in Colne, when I was looking around at the cars they were not too pushy which is what I really liked about them, they were also really helpful in general I am made up with my Ford Fiesta that I got off them.

I had a Mercedes which was quite old and heavy on the steering, my son in law told me about W18 Cars because he bought his car from them and told me to get the Mazda, I am highly delighted with it, I have just got back from Skipton in it, it is such a nippy car, I am really liking it. I dealt with Gary and Paul they were both polite, gave me all the information I needed, very easy to deal with, no hard selling involved, people are left to browse around the cars without any pressure put on them what so ever. I also had a personalised number plate that I wanted to keep, my husband got this for me before he passed away. They even helped me to put this on my new car. I would certainly recommend W18 Cars to everyone.

Outstanding service from start to finish!! Their customer service was just brilliant, they are a great bunch of lads to deal with and were very helpful. In regards to my Hyundai .... It is absolutely perfect, I cannot think of one single fault I could pick with it, it drives perfectly, looks unreal and it is exactly what I want a car to be. No problems what so ever with the sales person at W18 cars ltd in Colne, I would certainly use this dealership again just because of how well we were looked after here, The sales person was on hand to help with absolutely anything and everything, he is a fountain of knowledge and I highly recommend seeing him if you're needing a new motor. I purchased the Audi A1 for my daughter, she is made up to bits with it.

I'm a happy returning customer to W18 after previous purchasing my last car from them. on both occasions the service from Paul has been phenomenal, he is such a gentleman. I am over the moon with my Tuscon, it is a cracking car. I do not think I would consider using another dealer for any of my future purchases, these have been top notch.
