It is my wife who drives the Juke, and she absolutely loves it, an you know what they say, happy wife, happy life and all that! Gary was spot on throughout too, made everything super easy and straight forwards. We have nothing that we need to raise with the team, everything went through swimmingly.

My Audi A1 is absolutely fab, I have got no issues with it whatsoever, it had a great valet before I collected the car, so I was more than happy when taking it away. I have been there before for a car, so I am quite used to how things run, and we are familiar with each other. The guys are really nice and easy to talk too, they provide first class service!

To be honest I feel a bit let down with the dealership. The car was collected by myself & two days after I had to call out the AA to come to help me start the car. The battery had not been fitted correctly after being serviced by the dealership. I had to pay £99 emergency call out fee as I hadn’t changed over cover from my previous car. I lost a mornings work & was £100 out of pocket. Then 3 days later I went out to my car & the tyre was completely flat. I proceeded to try to change the tyre & couldn't get the nuts off. Again another morning lost & a call out to AA. Even the AA guy struggled to get the nuts off they were so tight. The tyre itself was full of cracks & AA guy was surprised they had not replaced it before selling it on. The other back tyre was also the same! So I had to pay out £140 for two new tyres. I contacted the dealership & they offered to pay for one tyre. They offered no compensation or reason as to why the battery wasn’t fitted correctly or why the car had been sold with defective tyres. I wouldn’t recommend them or buy another car from them again.

We use garages to MOT and service our cars. Nothing is done in house as we don’t have the facilities. We apologised and covered the cost of these problems. Big lesson learnt and we were whole heartedly sorry. As you can see from our Facebook reviews, we try our best, but we aren’t perfect.

What an unfair review. Blaming the dealership for the fact that you failed to swap your breakdown cover over. And getting a flat tyre? You even got a brand new tyre paid for! Hopefully anyone that reads your review will see how ridiculous it is.
I had a couple of mechanical issues with my Corsa from W18 Cars but they were happy to help and got the issues resolved quickly and easily and provided me with a courtesy car. Every thing is great with the car now. It was in nice condition when I received it. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
