Car delivery 11pm Faults found after mins of arrival and it got worse Dsva is now involved been told not to drive and trading standards are involved. Car has 2 major mot fails its been parked in my drive past 3 days awaiting driving standards vehicle agency uplift driveway covered in oil

If you ever think of buying a car from Wakefield Motor Company just DONT’. I’ve had my car just over a year. I say that I was unable to drive it for 6 months of that due to been sold a faulty and dodgy car. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it since the day I bought it. The car dealership owner was less than helpful. Took 5 months of him disputing I wasn’t covered on repairs when I bought my warranty through him; of which was an absolute useless warranty. When I first broke down (on my way back from graduation ; stuck on a dual carriageway in my graduation dress waiting to go to a celebratory meal), NO GARAGE I mean literally 15 garages would not take my car in because of who I was with Warranty Wise. Finally after 6 months of no car I got it back and still nothing but trouble. Hindsight is an annoying thing because after reading reviews on this “dealership”; I’ve discovered I ain’t the first this has happened to. Now I’m stuck with a car back in the garage AGAIN after breaking down on my way to work this morning ; still paying it off when it’s useless and unsafe to drive. This has affected me financially, physically and mentally. I’m left with a shit car, way out of pocket ££, still having to pay monthly and unable to get about day to day without having to rely on public transport. Unfortunately he will continue to make a profit and carry on selling dodgy motors. He sees a “woman” who may not know much about cars and just takes the mick. Lesson learnt but definitely getting reported to trading standards.

He gets cars that people have traded in with problems and puts a dodgy MOT on them. No checks are done other than him driving the car. Willing to sell you a car with problems like a blocked DPF filter, etc

Also known as carzone123 , Ossett motors, Nostell motor company And many others, Purchased a car and to be fair they told me it was broken and needed to be pushed to the back of the pile. He said my deposit would come back that evening, I’m nearly 4 weeks in with no deposit back, no reply to messages and when I got through via phone he said it’s not the end of the world is it ? I said why are you being unprofessional and he responded with what are you going to do about it. Not professional at all, Very rude, Very aggressive and does not stick to his word. Vile company.

Absolutely shocking garage !!!! So unprofessional Staff are rude with no customer service skills what so ever. Wouldn’t take a car from here if I was given it for free. The guys look dodgy as hell. 0 stars !!!!! Shocking

Avoid!!!! Brought a car that needed serious attention 5 months later, brought back under warranty and big man “Pete” screamed in our faced and got aggressive. Told us we can’t afford to have it repaired (couldn’t have anything done due to the warranty they put on it??) Avoid unless you want to get scammed (won’t do anything even with warranty so don’t get tricked there), over priced cars and they’re put through a dodgy mot (conveniently their garage does the MOT with no advisories) Owner obviously knows everything about cars with him being a dealer and can evidently diagnose cars after driving from one end of the property to the other, (all 5 gears diagnosed as working perfect in 20metres!! Wow!!) plain rude and condescending, would have more luck buying from a scrap yard and could get better customer service from a pig Not even worth 1 star

I’d been down and had a look across some of the motors with the mrs, Ended up with a Kia Ceed, runs perfect, 70k miles and now had it a year on. Looking to size up due to new family member will be using again as sale and servicing with them was all decent. Had no issues at all so would recommend.

I bought a car from Wakefield Motor Company ,It went back 5 times for electrical fault.problem never fully resolved.it went to ace engineers for inspection and failed miserably.i rejected car please get any car AA inspected before you buy .my advise is under no circumstance use this dealer ,I found him to be ok to your face and untrustworthy behind your back is it worth the chance when car dealers are everywhere.DO NOT USE THIS DEALER UNHAPPY FOOL WHO USED HIM.HE HAS NO FACILITY TO REPAIR ANY VEHICLE AND ANY REPAIRS OR MOT WOULD GO TO THIRD PARTY.
