Absolutely shocking. Took my insignia in to get serviced. They gave me a list of faults and to do's that came to just short of 3k...yes...that's right 3 grand. The only thing that was true on that list was the front 2 tyres were shot.... I ended up hiring a car over the weekend because I thought it was a death trap. Took it to mot station and guess what passed with flying colours no advisories. Even mechanic struggled to find the faults. They can go whistle...I maybe a woman but not a Muppet. Still Fuming.

Purchased Vauxhall Astra from selby depo had nothing but trouble with it from day one engine light came on brought it back in and was supposed to be done drove it for 15 miles light came on again brought it back in and was supposed to be done drove it for couple miles light came on again brought it back was given a courtesy car witch i had for over a month was told it was turbo and then it was ecu absolute lies was also told car was at worksop depo but it was parked round back at selby depo more lies finely got car back and same day light came on again brought it back and demand my money back witch i finely got after many many phone calls absolutely joke of a so called reputable delers

The repair service manger at Walkers Vauxhall in Selby is an out right liar. Brought car from walkers, took car for repairs, first day couldnt find fault second day found fault repaired fault found another fault third day told wife on ramp will be done in morning i went down to walkers a.m found car parked in front of two cars they never return calls and just fill you full of bull dont touch these with a barge poll still waiting three days later.

Ben is the sales man to see, very patient and even stayed late one night to help me find the perfect car, ended up buying a BMW Z4, will use them for all the cars i buy from now on

We hate dealing with Walkers Vauxhall in Selby. Salesman lied about the car spec when we bought it then the dealership tried to cover their tracks. We recently had some warranty work done. We were told over the weekend that we could have a hire car by the sales person. We rang the next day to be told that no hire car available. Grumpy miserable liars this lot. We are due to buy a new car in a few months. We will not buy from Walkers.

We are in the middle of buying a new car from walkers vauxhall in selby and never used them before, we could not decide how we wanted to buy the car pcp or my own finance Conlon was very patient even spending time with us after the shop had closed. If their after service is as good as their sales we will be motoring with them for many years ..watch this space.
