I rang walkers on Friday 14/1/22 and was told it was his day and I would have to speak to him but after 9.30am on. sat 15/1/22 so I rang again on the 15 at about10am and was told he was on the phone and they said he would ring me back when he got off the phone but he didn’t if this is how you look after customers when I have just spent £23.790 while I was there was not offered a drink and was not shown any thing about the car I was give the keys to test. drive on the 12/1/22 for my son and i to test drive and after I went to pick the car up on the 14/1 /22it was the same did not tell me about anything the lady that took my money did say thanks but on the15/1/22 when I wanted to take about some I got no reply so very disappointed I will not recommend any one to buy anything from your garage

Purchased a car from this dealerships value range... and they have made sure I don't forget it was from there value range. They ram that down your throat whenever you mention an issue with the car. Like it wasn't an expensive car so get on with it! Whatever you pay for a car from a main dealer it should be fit for purpose and safe. This current car is neither! Diesel fumes coming into the car and you would get more professionalism from a child than some of the staff here! Selling the car to me was great. The salesman was very helpful and a pleasant man to deal with. After sales and service has been nothing short of awful. I reported a fault after one day of ownership. They have had it back twice and still not fixed. They will not allow me to take it anywhere else even though I am now 300miles away and keep pushing me to take another warranty if I want to take elsewhere. I repeat- 'they have had it twice for the same fault already!' Very unhelpful and un professional. I really would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is still not resolved and I am currently looking at taking legal action if no resolve shortly.

All together a bad experience ripped me off of 500.00 pound a few months ago no cumminication and ure ignored wen u phone them my advice keep away go pentagon sheffield different class of car dealers

Brought a Citi go from em in 2013. With 30 miles on clock. Had a few issues with a scratch and dent appearing before I picked it up. Just wanted the scratch touching in and I’d have been happy. A guy then sprayed the front very poorly and the lacquer was coming off after he did it (used spray cans). The lacquer came off with your finger nail. Anyway Walkers Vauxhall Worksop sorted it it out to my satisfaction with a coach work guy who did a great job and I still have car now. Best car I’ve ever owned. I don’t blame them for the poor paint job but they need to listen to the customer more. I would definitely use again as the price was right and they did solve the issue in the end.
Staff always pleasant and helpful so expected the same when returning a part I didn't need , be warned if using the parts dept , ive never met anyone who shouldn't be dealing with customers so rude and unhelpful!!!!!!!!
