Very bad customer service!!! I had to take my bike (bought in UK) to Italy. Called and emailed many times Yamaha customer service asking how to request a copy of a VIN labeI that I need in order to register my bike in Italy. They said the dealer should provide it to me. Their answer was to contact Yamaha customer service. Very bad customer service. They are not even trying to solve the problem. Careless. David Urbinati

Hi David We are sorry to hear you have had trouble trying to get replacement VIN label for your motorcycle if we could we would have happily helped. But after numerous phone calls to the Yamaha Uk they said it was not possible for us to order one. We are just a dealer and not the manufacturer so is impossible for us to provide a new VIN label as there is no way for us to obtain one. Regards WXMC.
i have been going to Waltham Cross Motorcycles for years, but until now, do I feel like it's a serious Dealership. Since Paul and Andy have taken over the running of the shop there have been vast improvements in all areas. The layout of the Bikes, the Clothing range and the different brands. The accessories on display, but especially in the customer service department. you can always rely on best advise, prompt service all served with an attitude of nothing is too much trouble. All the Staff are approachable and willing to answer any questions you may have, technical or otherwise.

Good experience with Waltham Cross Motorcycles. I bought a Honda from them back in April. It could have been a bit cleaner and more like it was originally described as but it was still very good. It was very good value for money and I have had no problems with it. Overall I am happy with the bike and the service and I would Recommend This dealership to my friends.

They are good, quick, delivered my Yamaha to me, stood outside the house with it to talk to me about it, battery had died from cold weather, Waltham Cross Motorcycles had this replaced for no charge, excellent service. Very trustworthy dealership
