So far, so good with my Toyota Estima. I’m really enjoying it! I recently took it on a 300 mile round trip, and it performed well throughout. The customer service was all good. I can’t say anything negative about the experience. However, I always believe there’s room for improvement, so I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars overall.

The customer service was great—everything went through smoothly with no delays or hanging about. It was a simple in and out process, which I appreciated. When I first mentioned I was looking for two Toyotas, the salesperson advised me that the cars were open for viewing and to come back to him once I’d had a good look around. There was no pushiness, just helpful advice. Both of my Toyotas have been fine since driving away, and I’m really happy with them.

Everything is okay with my Toyota Estima, it's been perfect so far. The customer service was very good. I’m happy and satisfied with the person who dealt with me because I found they were professional and approachable. They took the time to show me around the car and even gave me access to view all the cars available. I have no complaints and am very pleased with the experience. Definitely a 5-star service!
