The Nissan Elgrand fits my needs exactly!

We were after a Toyota Alphard as there are not many cars on the market that would be a good fit for us. As we have a large family, Toyota ticked all the boxes. Our whole experience with Wanstead and Thiago was very good.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous, and the journey was comfortable and smooth. The booking process was straightforward, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would happily use Wanstead Carriages again and recommend them to others.

I'm getting along with the Golf. I had a bit of a hard time finding the dealership and the entrance. One of the staff helped me out to get the car on the main road as I would have struggled to get to the main road. It would also have been nice to have the kilometers per hour switched over the miles per hour. I haven’t had a longer drive in it, but it's so far so good! My experience with Wanstead was really good.

I was after a Japanese minivan, the Alphard was absolutely cracking however, the MPG was not really practical for me. The Honda Stepwagon had really nice equipment, so I opted for it as it was also more practical. I am still waiting for some issues with the warranty paperwork to be sorted but I'm in contact with the dealership regarding that. Thiago was really good, I spent a lot of time at the dealership, and he was really patient with me and just decent over all.

The Honda N Box has been absolutely fantastic, I’m still just waiting for the code for the radio. The experience was perfect apart from that.

This is the second time we’ve purchased a car with Wanstead Carriages. The Toyota Alphard has been really good, when we came to collect it was really nice and clean as well. The whole process with Matthew was nice and quick as well.

The experience with Wansted has been great! There was an issue with the sound card for the display unit, which was not with the Nissan Cube, I’m still waiting for more updates regarding it. Last I heard, they were contacting Japan. The staff have been very helpful, they explained everything to me, and everything went really smoothly. I haven’t driven an automatic before, so the chap drove it out for me and helped me with the controls and everything.
