I have been driving for over 50 years now.. I've gone with friends to buy cars, and bought cars myself, from various garages, and I have to say these two guys are the best salesman I've ever met, friendly,honest, down to Earth and warm, and sincere.. kind and gone out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy with the car of your choice.. In this day and age it's not easy to find genuine chaps,like these..

When I went down to Wanstead Carriages I took the Volkswagen on a test drive, and the customer service was overall not bad I had everything explained to me and the guy was really nice. I did have some problems with the paperwork. I was told the warranty was covered by AA and in the paperwork, there was nothing stated clearly about what the warranty covers. Probably a minor thing but it was a nice experience overall.

Overall its all been alright I have no complaints, Five stars.

Would highly recommend. Had bad experience when I bought my previous car from a different garage but these guys have restored my faith in second hand car dealers. The car (Toyota Alphard) is amazing and you can tell they have given all their attention to every little detail. The customer service goes way beyond the five stars that I am able to give. They really go the extra mile to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Long may these guys go on as will 100% buy a car from them again.

We came from the Isle of White for this car, the salesman came and picked us up from the train station. We were very thankful for this as being from the country we would have been useless getting to the dealership! It was very tight to get into so we were thankful for the excellent customer service. They offered us a drink when we got to the dealership, helped us with all the forms it was all positive. He did end up showing someone else another car while we were there but made sure we were sat somewhere warm and we just sorted through paperwork and made calls. There was no hard sales or pressure it was relaxed. The car was as described, he scanned all the paperwork and sent it over so we could translate it. He gave us directions to get out and just went above and beyond for us. We would go to them again.

I can't remember the name of the salesman who helped during the purchase. However the service was perfect from him, nothing was too much bother. The car had been cleaned/valetted for me prior to leaving and I am really enjoying it, there is one minor problem but hoping the dealership will be able to sort it/advise me on what to do when I call them.
