I chose Wanstead Carriages because I'd always wanted the Nissan Elgrand but they aren't easy to come by at a reasonable price. Wantstead had one in my price range and it was decent inside and out. I'm not sure about the service history so we've done the filter and I had a small issue with the sliding door but I've not spoken to the garage about it, we are just going to sort it ourselves. Other than that they were absolutely perfect, cant fault them. They made sure they had everything in place, we were made to feel very welcome, all the cars were clean & well presented. They sat us in the office and let us set up the tax and insurance, it was great very nice people!

All good with the Toyota Voxy from Wantstead Carriages. I needed a more spacious car for the family. I can't remember the name of the person who dealt with me but the service was good!

Wanstead Carriages are one of the few places in the UK that sell Japanese imports. There was a bit of an issue with someone else putting a deposit down but we got there in the end. The only other thing is access is a bit tight to get in due to the location. Everything is fine with the Van, the channels round the edge of the quarter windows could have been cleaner but the main paintwork and interior were all clean. Once they said I could have it, I went down on the Saturday, it was all smooth from there and I drove away the same day.

Brilliant dealership. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Stepwagon. The unit is very clean, and the engine looks healthy and runs quietly. Chiyago was very helpful and professional. He guided me through everything I needed, including tax and insurance, and explained everything clearly. I’ve already recommended Wanstead Carriages to our car club in the UK, as they were inquiring about it. I would rate this company 5 stars.

I Thought all the cars at Wanstead Carriages were in good condition. The gentlemen there was nice and I was able to get the car quickly which was good. Overall, really pleased with the VW.

Friendly service and the site itself being really clean and tidy with the cars looking like they were being looked after stood out to me on the day of purchase. We were sent the incorrect set of paperwork on the car originally so for that reason id give my experience a 4-star rating.

My son just passed his test, so we needed a car. We purchased the VW Golf and the whole process was impressive. Because I had to travel 3 hours to get there, they were able to send me some videos of the engine running and around the car which I found really good. It helped develop my confidence with the purchase which I appreciated.
