I had been looking for a Mercedes C Class for a while and after previously being disappointed, I was a bit apprehensive about how good Warren's car looked and sounded in the advert. After exchanging emails, I then called Warren, who then gave me a full walk round the car whilst on the phone, as I live in NE Scotland, almost 400 miles away, The car was described very accurately and honestly. We agreed a deal and Warren then picked me up from Manchester Airport. To say I was impressed with the car would be an understatement. The condition of the car was absolutely sublime and a credit to the former owner. I could not fault Warren from first email, to handing over the cash. Warren conducts his business very professionally and I would not hesitate to contact him again when I'm looking for my next second hand luxury motor. As a Jaguar enthusiast we had recently been on a run where my wife said she would love a little Jag of her own if we happened to change her current car, well upon returning home I had a browse through auto trader to see what was out there on the X-type front, living out in the country 4wd was was my first thought and I found the perfect car with Warren, not only was the car perfect in the exact colour, spec, year etc I could not have expected to have been able to obtain such an immaculate pristine low mileage X-type from such a gentleman as Warren, the car was exactly as described and after a two hour drive to view in the worst weather possible Warrens warm welcome, professional but friendly approach left me in no doubt that this was the one, I explained that the X-type was a surprise for my wife and he happy to help out by delivering the car 150 miles at no extra cost and even put a bottle of Prosecco in there as an added birthday treat, what a guy. I not only got a fantastic car for my wife, I feel like I have a old friend who can help me with any future Jaguar requirements. Warren your an absolute star.

Being a jaguar enthusiast this is my 7th S type & was well worth the journey,would recommend Warren for his hospitality & honest approach in dealing with me.A one off S type immaculate & drives like a dream. Warren should market his selling technique a pleasure to deal with.

If you're looking for a top quality, low mileage Jaguar, then I can recommend Warren without hesitation. The S type I bought was immaculate both inside and out, in fact the best S type I've ever seen - he obviously chooses his cars very carefully. His friendly, knowledgeable and courteous approach made a refreshing change from the pushy, high-pressure selling of many car dealers. His after-sales service is also excellent, and any problems are resolved without any fuss. He obviously considers customer service a top priority. So I would give Warren top marks and would recommend him without reservation.

Dread buying cars...never know what you will end up with. Wanted another X Type but all the ones we looked at in our area were disappointing. Found our ideal Jag spec in Auto-Trader...the write up seemed to leap out at us over the other ads.This had to be the one; only problem was the distance...240+ miles away! No problem for us. Warren meticulously went around the car describing every detail, however small. Drove to Macclesfield on one of the worst rainy days of the year; but confident in the accuracy of the description given by Warren. We weren't disappointed.Lovely car, professional seller; great coffee... would certainly buy another Jag from Warren Kinsey.

I think sometimes, we see reviews on websites and wonder whether they are genuine. Especially when all the reviews are amazing. Can a car dealer really be that good ? In Warren's case the answer has to be an emphatic YES ! I've bought a lot of cars in my life. Aston Martin, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes etc etc. I've used main dealers and specialist dealers, and local dealers, and big chains and little chains. I've had good experiences and average ones, and one appalling experience. But buying a car from Warren was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and highly organised. You could not want for more. He knows the cars inside out, and only sells the very best examples. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The car I bought, a 2007 X Type, was prepared as if it had just rolled off the production line. I've bought many new cars, but this nine year old car rivals any of them. I would recommend Warren without reservation. I'll definitely be back to buy another Jaguar from him, and would be happy to buy it sight unseen, trusting his description and judgement completely. Why can't all car dealers be like Warren ?

We purchased our Jaguar from Warren a week ago. We found him courteous, helpful & no 'pressure selling'. He took pride in showing us the car and made a few changes to enhance the vehicle. I am now on my third car from Warren, I have just bought a Jaguar XJ Super 8 which I absolutely adore. I have found that I always get a very fair price when I return and part exchange my car. The car like all his cars was sourced by Warren himself, he doesn’t buy from auctions and subsequently all the cars I have ever seen there are all stunning. All three cars that I have bought have had reams and reams of history, which is very important to me when buying a car. Everything is very transparent and you will be talked through the cars history from start to finish. The experience is great from the moment you pick up the phone, very friendly and super professional and efficient. This is a person who takes meticulous pride in what he does and he is totally trustworthy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He has always talked me through the detail of the car over the phone before I have even got there. I have a private plate which Warren always deals with in terms of getting it transferred onto my new car.
