Took a long time to find a car we liked. Nicola Duke was extremely patient with us as we had test drove lots of cars from different dealerships including Warrington Motorparks. Finally decided on a particular model and she was very professional in all aspects in finalising the deal. Thanks Nikki.

Nicola duke was very professional .took me through all the aspects of the car.lights heating heat control etc.the car was handed over fully serviced ,very clean, you could not have a better employee .her attential to detail was spot on

Bought a car advertised two keys they denied it, when they delivered it no service record. They said it’s all on line, rubbish did a report on it no record found can’t even sell it now. Toyota Aygo x-cite had to put one star otherwise it would have been zero

I recently bought a car from Warrington motor park and my experience from start to finish was a joke , I picked and paid for my car on the 15th of July 18 (after it had to be jump started to test drive but I was assured it was just because it had been sat for a while )and was assured that it would be fully valeted and ready to pick up two days later , I went to pick it up to find it hadn’t moved from the spot it was left in , I was not happy but told that it was because a new battery had been ordered for it , then a mechanic came along and lifted the bonnet of the next car to put in mine , again I wasn’t happy , they agreed to drop it to me after messing me about so was happy even with my second hand battery. I was happy with the car initially until my husband notice oil leaking from the car a two days later I was happy and phoned Warrington motors and told them so , 3 days later I went to the petrol station to fill up before taking it back for them to look at but it wouldn’t start after getting back in , stuck in petrol station , my husband came and suspected the starter motor but got it back to my house , Warrington motors sent the AA to look at and the mechanic was in disbelief that I bought the car off a main dealer and the condition I was sold it in , the list of things wrong was endless, I managed to get it started the next day armed with a AA report, fuming , they were very apologetic and said they would give me a refund and that they wanted to right the wrong they had done and find me another car making no profit on me so I said yes , they phoned with a car but it was not suitable and that was the last they phoned I phoned them a couple of times but it was obviously too much trouble and said I’d have to wait until they found one ( how long did they want me to wait ?) I told them to forget it , my advise STAY CLEAR they are a JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sorry for the long rant but beware !!!!!!

My advice would be to anyone looking to buy a car.. don't go anywhere near this place! Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service.. need to really look into the staff they have. Don't make the mistake I did and buy a car from here.
