Just picked my new car up from Warrington Volkswagen. Fantastic service from start to finish from sales executive. James Rafferty no pressure just a great experience thank you.
Spent over £300 on car service at Warrington Volkwagen - changed oil, changed pollen filter, changed spark plugs. Brakes of car squealing from driving out of garage and all the way home. This would have been obvious if car road tested. Too many front of house staff "swanning" around. Only interested in how many stars for smiley faces. Would be better concentrating on value for money of actual car servicing. Very disappointed.
Thank you to Volkswagen Warrington and in particular James for making our recent car purchase as stress free as possible. Your guidance and knowledge helped us choose the right car for us at the right price. The whole family love the car.
I would just like to say how impressed I was with Josh at Volkwagen Warrington. Nothing was too much trouble. As well as being extremely helpful without being overbearing, Josh had a lovely friendly manner and cheeky sense of humour. He is an absolute credit to VW, as is the car I purchased.

I visit many Volkswagen Dealerships in the UK on a regular basis and have to say that Warrington Volkswagen is one of if not the best ALL the staff are very cheerful and helpful . This morning at 8am I locked the keys in my car on their forecourt ,if you have ever done that you feel very silly and useless ,JAMES RAFFERTY took control and sorted out the situation working with an assortment of improvised tools to gain access ,in no time I was on my way ,THANK YOU JAMES

Awful service from Warrington VW. I took my scirocco in to change a dipped headlight bulb on Friday for which I paid £220. I was then told that since being in the workshop the (previously operating) main beam and cornering light were now not working. The mechanic said he might have nudged a wire whilst installing my bulb.I was told that I would have to bring the car in again and pay a minimum of £65 to investigate the problem plus the cost of fixing it. When I queried this I was told that I must have had an pre-existing problem due to a previous minor accident. The bump was 6 months ago and the lights have never been affected. This company Is clearly just interested in extracting as much money from the customer as possible without taking any responsibility.
Left waiting for nearly 10 minutes, then charged the earth for some car mats only to find that Volkswagen employ a fastening system that you need Mensa membership to unfasten. Tried to ring to see if there was a simple way of unfastening the mats but no answer, surprise surprise. I'm now going to have to make another inconvenient trip back in to the centre of town no doubt to be kept waiting again whilst lots of people walk past and ignore me!
