All seems good so far and my Mercedes E220 is running well. I got all the help I needed when I bought it and the car was ready and waiting when I arrived.

I bought the Vauxhall Astra one day and they delivered it the next! Everything was easy and simple, they were very helpful and the car was as described. Obviously it wasn't immaculate but for the age I was very happy. It's much more economical than my old car and I've just done a 400 mile round trip for £30!

I love my Volkswagen Golf SV! I've never had a Golf or an automatic before, but I wouldn’t go back to manual now. The trainee who looked after me on the day was amazing—I can't remember his name, but he had only been there for 3 weeks and still managed to answer all my questions. He was really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, you would think he'd worked at the dealership for longer. I drove away with confidence, and I can’t say thank you enough.

As buying cars goes, I'd say it was a pretty seamless experience. Any car was a welcomed upgrade compared to my Peugeot because it was past the point of repair and was ready for the scrap. When I found the Volvo V40 it was a welcomed upgrade to say the least. All of the guys at Warwick Hall Cars were easy to get along with and I couldn't recommend them enough. The car has since been on a couple of long trips to weddings and other events without any need to call the dealership back up.

Everyone was nothing but polite and professional when I buying my Mitsubishi Outlander. I felt very well looked after when the salesman was talking about the paperwork, so all the way through I felt well informed. Since driving away everything mechanically has been going well and as it should. I need to replace the back wiper blade, but for a second hand car I can't complain.

My partner has had his Hyundai Santa Fe for just under a month now but he's really enjoying it for the time I've had it. It's only been on a couple of short drives but we are due to take it out on a 4 hour drive to Plymouth to see some family, so we will see how we get on. First impressions of the dealership were really good because when I saw the car, it was exactly as described, and I didn't think the dealership had anything to hide when answering my questions. It was an all-around good experience.
