The guy I were dealing with made the whole process pain free. He understood what I needed and delivered! I didn’t feel pressured to buying and everything were really relaxed and totally stress free. A lovely company to buy from, everything is good with the Volkswagen. The sales team were welcoming, friendly and always had a smile on their face. They were on hand if you needed them but they also kept their distance without watching you every second whilst given you the chance to take a look at the lovely cars which they had on display. We decided in the end that the Volkswagen was the best option for me and do not regret in doing so, it is a smashing car which I am over the moon with.

I've had my car for around a month now that I bought off Warwick Hall Manchester, The sales person was a great guy and he got the sale done and dusted in no time at all. The only thing he could have done differently was to give me the car for free 🤣. I will be kind and still give them top marks though coz they was bloody brilliant. I would come back to them again when I want something different and if they have anything in stock that catches my eye.

Buying a car could not have been easier, it was a simple, no pressure, a stress free transaction between myself and the car dealership, there is nothing they could have done better to improve the service, it was impeccable! The Toyota is wicked man, drives nice, nothing more I could ask for. Get down and check them out for ya self if your thinking of a change or wanting to upgrade your vehicle.

The car has been perfect so far, nothing wrong with it at all touch wood, Charles was very punctual, polite and catered to all of my needs, I cannot knock the service in the slightest, in fact it was all done to perfection looking back on everything. If your looking to buy your next car I can pass on my recommendation with great confidence to give these a try.

We travelled from London to Manchester to come and look at the VW Golf after seeing this advertised online. I thought it was nice and kind of them to wait for us because we arrived a little bit on top of the time that the place was closing with transport issues from London to Manchester. I thought it was good of them to wait for us, he answered all of our questions and explained this thoroughly to me and my husband. My husband drives the VW Golf more than what I do but it is enjoyable to drive and we both love it to pieces. It was worth the travel and we would certainly do it again to deal with Warwick.

I strongly recommend this dealer. I recently bought a car from here and I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. The sales man I found to be honest, reliable and efficient. I felt like I got everything that I asked for and that I was listened to throughout my buying journey with them. I am 100 percent satisfied with everything that they did for me and I am well pleased with the mini hatchback that I bought off them.

From the initial contact I had with Warwick Hall to having the car delivered the sales guy was first class. he always responded to calls and emails and gave all the information to me clearly, he great throughout the entire process. The Ford Focus I bought from them was delivered on time and everything went smoothly. The delivery driver was so helpful and he even dropped the car off on my driveway and showed me some of its features.
