Had a few bad experiences with previous dealers, so its been nice to finally find somewhere that I can trust. Definitely very sceptical given these experiences so it's been such a relief that there has been no problems in the buying process/the car itself. As a women, I have bought cars before and I have always felt as though I've not been taken seriously. With the industry known for been majorly male orientated, as a women with little knowledge in this area I've felt patronised and pressured. Upon first meeting the 3 gentlemen at Warwick Hall Cars I instantly felt at ease and valued. It was nice to feel respected as a customer and break away from that generic reputation. They team were fantastic and I was very happy with the service provided. I love my new Clio, its running perfectly, very smart inside and just a dream to drive. Myself and partner bought a car from Warwick Hall and we didn't have the car long until experiencing a clutch problem. Charles was more than fair with us and gave us options. He later arranged for the car to be picked up and a full refund was given as requested. I was extremely pleased too see courteous and good old morals in place! I would consider buying here again as I believe the customer service through out was excellent. Charles always answered the phone promptly and was polite and professional through-out.

Customer service has been second to none! Although I've had a couple of niggles with the car, Phil has been more than accommodating in resolving these within quick time. At sale they couldn't do enough for us, they even managed to work to our tight time scale of that day, the car was prepped and cleaned and ready for us to take away that evening! We part exchanged our ford kuga for a great price and a very simple and quick process.

I first had my heart set on a Toyota Yaris, but after seeing them I soon came to realise I needed something bigger. Warwick Hall Cars, John, in particular was very pleasant to deal with, very kind. He let me try out the cars and spoke to me about them so I could decide on the right car for me. I decided on the Ford Focus, it was lovely and spacious and drove smoothly. Since buying, its been nice getting used to it, I'm happy with the way it drives and its just what I needed. This dealership displayed excellent customer service, not in your face or pushy and very fair. I would be pleased to buy another vehicle from here.

I couldn't fault anything, it was easy to deal with Charles and John, it was simple and everything was clear. The Mondeo is great, it was so clean when I collected it, very nice car, I'm happy with everything overall!
