Not long after buying the car a warning light came on, I contacted Phil, and he sorted the problem with the car straight away and it now runs like dream. Highly professional and honest manner, they all need a pay increase! Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

We purchased our car here just this week, very quickly and so easily, the guys were so nice and helpful and couldn’t have been any more friendly... not too salesy but helpful enough to help us make our decision. Recently bought a Citreon DS4 from Warwick Hall cars. The car was delivered as arranged. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the car, but after contacted the chap at the dealership, who was very helpful and efficient. He arranged for the car to be booked in and the issues were sorted and paid for! Very pleased with the service we received and the after care, the car is exactly what we wanted now and very very pleased with it.

My first impressions of the car was 'okay'. I was on edge because I thought most car sales places are dodgy and will most likely sell me something with problems. On the day I bought it, the handbrake broke before I even left, so I was disappointed that I had to leave it to get fixed on the day of purchase. After it was fixed, I collected and it drove like a dream. It started raining and I noticed my wipers were horrible, I could barely see through the window. A few days after, I had a radiator leek, and I was immediately upset. I called the company and explained what was happening with the car, they apologised and came to collect it. I did really like the car, so instead of a refund I chose to have some patience whilst it was been repaired. They sorted everything I was worried about, and I'm grateful for it. I love my car to bits. It's perfect for me and the kids, they love it too. I'm so happy with this purchase, and the costumer care I received. They put a worrying woman's mind at ease. I would recommend and use again next time I come to buy a car🙂
