Cannot thank Warwick Hall cars enough. Purchased a Volvo from them, and I did have an issue where the suspension spring ended up snapping. Straight away, these guys sorted it out, and paid for it. Stumbled upon them online and read some of the reviews. After seeing how happy others were getting their cars from these guys, I thought it was the place for me. Seeing the car in real life, I was relieved when it looked like the pictures, and matched up to what was online. When I got there, they made me a coffee, showed me the car, told me to take it for a spin and just let me do everything at my own pace. They also have 2-year warranty on their cars, which is not common at all these days, hence why I came to these guys. The car was really clean and valeted inside and out. They sorted the tax out for me, and all the paperwork. After deciding to take the car with me, I couldn’t sort my insurance out for some reason. These guys went above and beyond and put me on their insurance, so I was able to drive it home.

Loving my Jeep! No complaints over here. Came across the dealers on Autotrader, and was pleasantly surprised and thankful when coming down, that the car was exactly how it was in the pictures online. Everything was as it was shown, it looked as it needed to, and the description was really detailed. The customer service was the best, and I would 100% come back.

I’d been looking online for a while for a Mitsubishi Outlander, and I came across Warwick Hall cars via Autotrader, and touchwood the car has been great to us. It’s a champion honestly. The Citroen is a perfect car. Charles was brilliant, he sorted all the paperwork out for me, so I didn’t have to deal with it. Literally think I was in there and out within 10 minutes. I recently got a new Renault and I’m happy to say it's been running perfectly. Found the dealership on Autotrader and had a great first visit. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Came across these guys online, and they did not disappoint. It was a lot better than I anticipated. Everything was sealed through. Just everything was great. The car, the customer service, the dealership. There was no stress, and no delays with the paperwork on the day, which is what I loved. The car was absolutely spotless, and I love my new Dacia Sandero.

Service as good as this is difficult to find these days… I really am impressed with their aftersales service. Brought a Nissan Qashqai from these guys, and although I had a few minor problems with it, they were excellent. They sorted it out for me straight away, with no hassle. I have already asked the if they get something similar in to let me know, as I want to purchase a second Qashqai, and I want it to be from these guys again. All round great dealership with no issues and no stress.
