After getting my fiance sorted so quickly and very easily, it was down to Waterfront Cars, I contacted them and they told my car would be ready the following Tuesday! Wrong I waited an extra 3 days then got it with no parcel shelf or foot well mats so I wasn't happy with that they have now agreed to get that sorted and then on 09/10/19 I got a speeding ticket through the door from when Their guy delivered my car to my house on the 04/10/19, so now have that to deal that and give the dealer's details, overall really not happy wouldn't recommend them at all poor customer service never call you back when asked to, I was chasing them all the time.

A few months ago i placed a reveiw about waterfront cars and the dangerous cars and incapable staff. Since march 2018 it has been back to the dealer for repairs 15 times, a total of 26 weeks, and for most of that refusing to provide a courtosy car. Witch meant i could not attend work. I was tild that that the previous manager had left, its a lie. The director mr chris vilcas has 4 seperate companys they move there staff round, in this csse an electeic car company in portsmouth. Ecarlogical, my advice is stay away from any company with any involvement with either of these men, chris vilcas, lloyd wheelhouse. All the company owned by these chaps have appalling allowed me to put myself and my childrens lives at risk on several occasions.

Bought my new car from Waterfront Cars and am absolutely delighted with it, a low mileage Citroen DS4. No pressure from the sales lady just told her what I was looking for and she delivered. Thank you will be back when I am looking to change.

Bought a few cars now from Waterfront Cars and I have always been impressed with the service and always been happy with my cars.

I’m writing this review before I’ve even got my car! That’s how much confidence I have in waterfront cars! I called late Sunday afternoon and spoke to Yvonne. Within 20 minutes of us chatting and me asking her questions which had the answers we agreed on the price of the car and it’s being delivered to me on Monday at my place of work in Bournemouth! Didn’t even have to visit them! Arranged finance in a matter of a few minutes too! Now I can’t wait for my baby to be delivered! Andrew T

For 6 months i have had a nightmare car has been returned to Waterfront Cars 9 times and this time they have had ot 6 weeks and still its not fixed, they allowed me knowing i had small children to get into a dangerous car. After having the vehicle inspected by a separate garage who discovered it was unsafe and should not be driven currently engaged with solicitors yo pursue court proceedings.

Purchased a golf from Waterfront Cars that broke down within the first few miles collected it and then broke down again collected for a third time still lights on finally rectified after much wrangling I wanted to return the car and the owner said he would extend the warranty for my peice of mind . Got home today had a letter from the warranty company saying waterfront cars have not paid them so my warranty is void I won't be going there again to say the least .
