Buyer Be Aware.. Please do not buy from Wateringpool Cars. A verbal agreement of your deposit back if after a test drive is meaningless. Their opinion is if you don't like how it drives for you is, Whats not to like? Dick Turpin had the presence to wear a mask. They have an odd way of selling cars, deposit is all and u feel they are honest wanting to mot the car as soon as but in 10 days they never invite u back for the test drive that actually is the ultimate selling point. Bizarre... In fact they never rang me at all in 12 days .I rang them twice just to see where we were up to and mot' s were mentioned , dates given but non ever done and invite for test drive, no invite. Then they lied saying the had phoned and left a mes. Non received. Oh yeh, last thing would not accept cash for the car as they would have to pay for the transaction of putting it in their account. I spoke to a dealer friend of mine his stance was dodgy at best. My neighbour also had issues with the place.. I repeat buyer BEWARE>>>>
Bought a Mazda 6 last week. AC wasn't working so had to take it back after a week. In the meantime, the engine started to lose power on the motorway and the engine light came on, so that needed sorting too. After they had the car for a day, the AC wasn't done as regassing it didn't solve the issue and the engine issue was apparently sorted. 2 days on and the same issue with the power and engine light back on again! Added to that is the steering starts to make creaking noises at low speed. Spoke to Him saying I'd like to return the car and receive my money back. He said they may not have the money to return even though I'm within my rights. Anyway, I'm going to give them a chance to sort the car out. I've got to speak to him and see what the outcome is and will post an update. Hopefully it's a positive one for all!

I Purchased a Mondeo 1.6 Tdci Econetic and Watering pool Cars were excellent, some issues were found but sorted out immediately they went above and beyond to ensure that the car was faultless, I would recommend them to Anyone, Thanks Guys

I bought a Vauxhall Antara from here back in June that I saw on their website. The car has had a reoccurring issue and has had to go back 4 times but the dealers have been trying their best to get it sorted and have been very helpful. The vehicle is good value for money and I would recommend the dealership based on the fact that they have actually been happy to help with the issue.
