I can't fault my Ford Focus. Mechanically, it runs really well, and I’m absolutely made up with it! The customer service was great and I couldn’t ask for better.

When I first arrived to view the car I saw online, I was impressed with the condition of the Nissan Qashqai. After taking it on a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with the purchase.

I'm more than happy with the service I received from the team. I reported a slight issue with the SatNav, and there was no pushback. The team arranged a day that suited my availability; they got it in and repaired it with no questions asked. Throughout the whole process it's been great communication, so I can't complain.

So far everything has been perfect with my Ford Fiesta! I've not had it that long but I've been driving it a lot for work and I've not noticed any issues at the moment in time. All good for now.

I just need to book my BMW in for a service with the guys at Wavertree Car Centre, and then everything will be finalized. I visited the dealership with an idea in mind of what I wanted but Chris was still a massive help while I was making my decision. It was a bank holiday when I made my visit but he still made sure to spend a good amount of time with me. I ended up driving away in the BMW 1 Series and it's been spot on, it's not let me down yet.
