After an initial enquiry on line I was contacted by Gerald Nottley (Gez) who discussed my specific requirements in negotiating a part exchange deal. The valuation of my car was as good as I could have anticipated and shortly afterwards we finalised a deal. There was no hard sell but rather a number of conversations that helped greatly in making a choice. Just received my new car from WAVMOB today, all the way up in Sunderland! I cannot fault the customer service that I have received from Ally and then Mark, who drove the vehicle up to my doorstep. I spent many hours emailing and telephoning Ally last week with regard to finding the perfect vehicle for me and my mobility scooter. He sent me videos to show me the vehicle and to show me how the ramp and seats worked. He took measurements of the boot to ensure that my scooter would fit properly and was experienced in dealing with customers who have mobility issues. He answered any questions that I had promptly and always kept me up to date with the handover process. For all Mark was travelling hundreds of miles away, he was prompt in his arrival and ensured that I was completely happy with the car before he left for the train home. I was practically crying happy tears when I managed to drive my scooter straight into the vehicle with no hassle at all and took it for a quick spin as soon as I could. I cannot say thank you enough to Ally and Mark and for the customer service that I have received over the past few days. This car is going to give me so much freedom and really is going to change my life.

A really good company, such a good choice of mobility vans. Stuart who looked after us was fantastic. He let us drive a couple of vans but not quite what we wanted. However, Stuart assured us he would get the right van soon which he did and had the Peugeot Partner delivered to us. We are really pleased with it, and it is like a new lease of life for my Mum who is enjoying going out places now.
